This is going to be a short chapter. And also a break from Emra

Tina sat in the living room; her book in hand. All the children had gone to bed and Newt was in his basement. She was worried about Emra. 'I've worn that look she had in her eye. It was a look of worry.'

Tina was so lost in thought, that she did not notice Newt coming up the stairs; wiping his hands on a towel. He saw Tina staring at her book, but he knew that she wasn't reading. He sat down on the couch next to her; wrapping his arm around her shoulder.

She was startled, but settled down pretty quickly. Newt took her hand "Darling, are you alright?"

Tina looked at Newt "Yeah, I'm fine. But I think something's bothering Emra. She wore a look in her eye I've only seen myself wear." she leaned against Newt's shoulder "I'm worried about her."

Newt rested his head Tina's and ran his thumb along the back of her hand "She'll be fine. As long as she's anything like you, she'll always be fine."

Tina smiled and reached up to press a kiss to his lips "I don't deserve you." she smiled.

Newt smiled down at her "But I need you." the two sat on the couch for quite a while before they headed off to bed. Tina passed Emra's door; which was wide open. She peered in at her sleeping daughter, whose hair was loose in it's tie. Emra rolled over to face the wall in her sleep. Tina smiled and backed away from the door. She knew that Emra was going to be fine, but she was still worried about her.

When she got into bed, Newt rolled over to put his arm around her; pressing a kiss to her temple. She felt that she should still be worried at that exact moment, but how could she be with Newt by her side.

And at that, she fell into a deep sleep.
