I smiled as I woke up. It was New Years. I couldn't believe how fast the year had gone! It was amazing. I got out my notepad from my bedside table careful not to wake Lee, I made my way over to the desk and started writing. I turned on the lamp, it was too far to effect Lee's sleeping.
Dear Notebook,
It's me Netty again. I don't feel like myself these days. I mean, I should be happy with what I get, but Amy is enganged and so is Sqaishy or Beth to Stampy or my brother. There so ecstatic about perpetration. I think I'm gunna be sick! I don't know why! I just wish I could talk to Lee, but I can't bring myself to bring it up.... I'm afraid for them, but I know they'll take care of each other. God I need Lee. But I can't talk to him about this! Ugh, this made me feel better, writing it all down. Thanks again Notebook. Netty.
I dropped my pen down as Lee's hand touched my shoulder.
"You ok baby?" He asked. I felt something on my cheeks it was wet. Ii didn't even know I was crying.
"I can't do this." I cried into his chest.
"Shhhh, it's ok." Lee said. "I have a surprise for you as soon as I can." He smirked.
