How can I forget you and pretend,
Sorrow is what you intend,
How can I make this end?
You've been with me for a long time,
Now I can't live in rhyme,
You gave me scars,
But I gave them stars,
I gave them my best,
But that's not enough I guess,
Now you're here with me,
With you— misery is free,
