the blonde turned around and looked at the boy confused

"y-you what?"

"i love you! lauren anne orlando i fucking love you!"

"noah...are you serious?"

"yes lauren! i really do love you!"

lauren sighed

"noah i-"

"laur..cmon"

she shook her head

"noah your with millie"

"i'll break up with her!"

"i'm with hayden"

"you can break up with him! it can be you and me...please lauren..give me a chance"

she knew that however she responded their friendship would be ruined. if she said yes they'd start dating and have some type of fall out. if she said no she might never be able to face him again

"noah..i did love you...i'll admit that"

"did? you don't love me anymore?"

she shrugged

"i simply just gave up on you. i spent three years thinking about you nonstop. i did little things for you hoping that you'd catch on. but then you and mille got together and i took it as a sign to let go."

"s-so you don't love me?"

she looked down at her feet, slowly shaking her head

"oh..ok"

"i'm sorry noah"

she looked up at him to see tears filling his eyes

"it's fine. don't worry about it. i'll cya around"

once he turned around and started walking he allowed the tears to fall. he really does love her. and she really loved him. she just loved him too soon while he loved her too late
