Changmin weighed 100KG (220.46lb) during his pre-debut. Becoming a K-pop idol wasn't a simple feat for him since he got a rigorous diet to fit in the ideal image of a K-pop idol.
Changmin's diet plan
Breakfast:
1 sweet potato
1 egg
2 egg white supplemented with multi-vitamins
1 glass of low-fat milk
Lunch:
1 chicken breast
1 sweet potato
A bowl of plain vegetable salad without any dressings
Dinner:
1 chicken breast
Or
7 egg whites
his diet consists of protein-rich products. which is good for a workout routine (e.g. abs, legs and arms) or sports (e.g. dancing, walking and jogging). he ate half an apple and a scoop of protein powder after his exercises.
Opinion of Changmin his diet:
I think if you do a lot of sports and workouts this would be good.
But what you can also do is use IU's diet and Changmin's diet and put them together (You don't need to do IU's diet or Changmin's diet, you can also choose 2 different diets that you want to try)
example:
Breakfast:
one apple
Lunch:
one sweet potato
Dinner:
1 chicken
breast1 sweet potato
A bowl of plain vegetable salad without any dressings
and then do some workouts or sports if you want to walk you should atleast do that for an hour and a half.
