After her parents divorced, Addison Lancaster choose to move with her mother to a small town in Ireland after living in Manchester for all 15 years of her life. She was never considered the weird kid at school, and she was actually quite popular. But after packing up and leaving her old life behind, all of that changed. Addison had become a social outcast, and fallen pray to the bullying antics of Niall Horan, his girlfriend Cassie, and their whole group of friends.
A year has passed since Addison and her mother left their old life for their new beginnings in Mullingar, and it's finally time for Addison's marine bio trip to Miami Florida with the rest of her classmates. The bullying from Niall and his crew has yet to stop, and Niall seemed to be the main source of the grief Addison's experienced while living here. Luckily Addie's found some mates of her own and for once, she felt like she somewhat belonged. She was beginning to enjoy her time in Ireland, and was excited to be spending a whole month in America with some of her best mates.
Sadly, Addie's new enthusiasm for her life is soon crushed when she gets paired with the worst person she imagined. She just knew her time in the States would be miserable...
