I hear some yelling outside of the door to the room that I am in, gun shots are being fired but I cant seem to make out any words, I have been strapped to this thing for 4 days now I don't even think I am breathing my back is numb probably from being soaked in my own pee and blood, I closed my eyes trying to block out the pounding headache and loud noise's around me hoping to die in piece and solidarity despite the constant dripping of water, I fell into a deep sleep where my fears entered my dreams.
I was standing on a raft in the middle of a lake, I can see the bottom because the lake was a crystal blue colour I rest my hand on the surface of the water the water was warm and healing, the raft fell apart in a graceful motion my body rested on the water but i did not sink and my face stayed out of the crystal water so I could breath easy, "I feel so peaceful, like I have no cares in the world" I said in my mind, I stayed laying there floating on the water, I kept my eyes fixed on the sky a dark cloud began overshadowing the lake and a heavy rain fallowed, the rain covering every inch on my skin in cold wet rain I became wary of my circumstances, and the more I came to worry the heavier my body felt and each of the raindrops turned to fire and burnt my skin, I struggled to get back to the raft but my body started to sink into the lake, and the once crystal blue water became a black goo and the more I tryed to move the deeper I would sink into the black lake.
"I except my fate to die here" I said with my last breath of clean air
I wake up screaming and struggling trying to get loose my eyes were still trying to adjust to the sudden change in light, I feel hands on me trying to hold me down on a rolling bed as they roll me threw the rain 'I'm drowning" I said quietly hoping some one would answer me back, I relax as we enter a van the people shut the door and the van started on its way.
"Help me" I put my hand out and said again "Help me....please" I gave up and let my hand fall back down to my side, a warm hand caught mine before it could hit the bed "Its OK Tobias we are going to help you" it was a girl her voice was so gentle and kind she wiped my face of the water and brushed her fingers threw my hair "No one is going to hurt you, I'm here now, I will take care of you" she put her hand on my cheek to comfort me I started to cry again sniffling and giggling with joy i held her soft warm hand in mine pulling it to my lips and kissing it saying "Thank you........thanks you so much I thought I was going to die" I fell back into a deep sleep intertwining her fingers with mine own.
In my dreams that night I was laying in a garden my head resting on the girls lap she told me a story about how before man came to be there was peace in the world and how the animals could live peacefully together the story was a happy one, and the sound of the girls voice was so calming "Its time to wake up Tobias Thornhill" she said to me.
My eyes snap open, I am in a room I sit up in the bed I look at my arms and side I had bandages covering all of my wounds, I look around the room and across from me on the other side of the room i came to find a box lying on a side table next to the door, I pull myself out of the bed but a shooting pain in my side came it is were my broken rib are located, I manage to get to the box by pulling myself along the wall. There is a red little sticky note placed on-top of this medium sized box, the letter wrote.
"I hope you like this new outfit, I picked it out special for you"
The box was black and gray with little inter-kit swirls and twirls, I open it up to find a black suite inside and a red bow-tie I take the box and enter the side room so I may get changed.
