Ley walked into the room, as Xania blocked him from going any further. "What do you want, Ley? It's late." Xania asked, and the archbishop of Gluttony smirked, as he licked his lips. "It doesn't matter. I have a better idea." He said, as he left the building, after freezing them both in place.
Xania heard the blood curdling screams of the undead citizens of the city, before the screams suddenly stopped. She knew that Ley did, and Swan clenched her fists after she woke up.
"Leave it to me." Swan said, as she summoned Excalibur Morgan.
She walked outside the building, as she managed to throw her sword so fast that it cleaved Ley's legs off. He roared in pain as Swan stood on his back, before she ripped his head off, burning his remains so that he cannot return, but in doing so, she inadvertently gained his authority of Gluttony.
Swan held her head in pain, as Xania comforted the injured zombie. "Calm down. It's alright!" Xania said, as she helped a distraught and in pain Swan back to the house. "Rest. Save your strength." Xania said, as she cast a sleeping spell on Swan, placing her on the bed as she summoned Daphne.
"This is unexpected! What do you need from me?" Daphne asked, as Xania pointed at the sleeping Swan. "Hmm....She has Ley's authority of Gluttony? I'll sort this out for you." Daphne said, as she placed a hand on Swan's forehead. After a few minutes, her hand glowed, and Daphne successfully managed to remove the authority of Gluttony from Swan.
Kurumi used one of her newer abilities to rewind time specifically for the dead civilians, making sure that none of them were still in a coma from Ley. She then went to Xania, to see how Swan is doing.
"Is she alright? Daphne told me what happened. She's not dead, right?" Kurumi asked, as she placed a hand on Swan's forehead. "No. I used some magic to put her to sleep, so that Daphne could remove Ley's authority from her mind. I don't know if he is going to stay dead though...that imp has somehow managed to cheat death more times than I can count." Xania said, as she kissed Swan's head, breaking the spell that kept her from waking up.
She waited patiently for Swan to wake up, knowing that they would have to be up early for the reconstruction of the wall. "Don't worry about the walls. I already rebuilt it for you." Kurumi said, as she smiled at Xania.
"I'm still waiting for tomorrow. If anyone tries to hurt her, then I will be ready to destroy them." Xania replied, as she picked up Excalibur Morgan. The weapon was next to Swan when she picked it up. She cast a medium level forcefield spell on the house after she stood outside of it, as she stood guard outside. Swan will not die today. Xania will make sure that nobody lays a finger on her.
