The Roswaal mansion was eerily silent, as Emilia had not left her room at all. It was definitely too late for her now. Even if Subaru and puck returned to the mansion now, it wouldn't change anything. She's gone completely insane now. Beatrice was currently dealing with Roswaal, after she was informed by Echidna that he wasn't to be trusted.
Beatrice stood in front of Roswaal, not allowing him to leave the room that he was in. "We need to talk, Roswaal." Beatrice said, her magic sealing the door behind her. "What is the meaning of this, Beatrice?" Roswaal asked, glaring at the spirit in front of him.
"You're up to something, and I want to find out what that is. I'm not playing your games anymore, I suppose." She said, smirking at Roswaal. "Oh really? Do you have any evidence? No. You don't. Now get out of my way before I have to move you by force." Roswaal said, which earnt him a slap in the face from Beatrice.
"Don't you dare act like you're the one in charge. I serve Echidna. I do not serve you anymore." Beatrice said, as she punched Roswaal in the face, before she opened the door, ready to walk out.
She walked through the doorway, but she suddenly stopped in her tracks, gasping as she saw a throwing knife protruding out of her chest. She fell to the ground as she began to fade away, using the last of her magic to trap Roswaal in the room that she left.
Her eyes then closed as she faded away, dying on the floor next to her library.
Two days later...
A cloaked woman walked through the gardens of the Roswaal mansion, as she approached a blue orb of light in front of her. "Beako? Is that you?" She asked, as she held the orb in her hands, placing it in a Jar as she took it to her house in the woods.
She removed the cloak as she placed the Jar on a table, sighing as she tried to figure out what to do with it. "What should I do, Ram?" She asked the voice in her head. "Use your magic to rebuild Beatrice's body. It should be easy for you, Yuno." The voice in her head said, as the young Oni got to work on the resurrection of Beatrice.
