I get up and walk to get Amelias car seat and put her in it with her blanket and put the cover over so she can stay sleep

I got my shoes on and walked to the car and put Amelia in the car we are bringing 2 cars become we are getting lots of food

I sat next to mattia and put my head on Mattia  shoulder Mattia puts his hand on my thigh

Mattia: what's wrong?
Ayala:Nothing I'm just really Tired
Mattia: we will go home and take a nap
Ayala:ok

Ayala: what do you guys what me to cook?
Kairi: your tacos
Alvaro: I don't know surprise us
Mattia: lasagna,pork salads the best is you Mac and cheese

Once we got to CostcoI got I Amelias car seat I Peaked and saw she was sleeping she looked exactly like Mattia

Ayala: guys look at this
I pull the cover up
Kairi: that's exactly what Mattia look like other then the lips which like like Ayala's

I take my phone out and snap a photo

Once we got everything we checked and got in the car it was me,Mattia,Amelia, Kairi and Alvaro driving

We were driving I was on my phone and it was quite with music in the background
Then I see blue and red lights great

Alvaro: I wasn't speeding
Mattia: it's fine just pull over
Kairi: ok
Alvaro pulls over
Then a police officer come
PO: PUT YOU HAND UP ALL OF YOU!
We all put our hand up

PO: we got teenagers stealing a baby
He said into his microphone loudly
Amelia started crying
Ayala: that's my child!
PO: STOP TALKING
I see Kairi video taping

Ayala: can I make sure my baby's fine?
PO: NO now all of you guys get out of the car
Mattia: it's fine just get out of the car

We all get out of the car Kairi has his phone in his pocket

We all stand there for awhile he checked the car then he goes and grabs the baby car seat and takes her to his car and comes back

I had tears coming down my Face
After hearing my baby cry for about 10 minutes another police car arrives
A man and a woman came out

(Mp) men police officer
(PO) police officer the first one

Wp: what's going on here?
PO: I foun-
Wp: let the poor girl that's crying talk

Ayala: well we were driving he pulled us over and came and was yelling then my daughter started crying then we would not let me see what was wrong then he made us get out and he took my daughter to his car

Wp: how old are you?
Ayala: 16
Wp: how olds you baby?
Ayala: a month and a half
Wp: you know What I'm really proud of you your strong I also had a baby at 16

Ayala: really? It's been an Adventure
Mp: yep kept going you got this

He brings my baby back to me she is still crying I take her out and hold her close to me and cry
She stops crying

Mattia: do you need the birth certificate?
Wp: no we don't need it,you must be the father
Mattia: sure am
Wp: the baby look a lot like you
Mattia: yeah I get that a lot

Wp: I want you guys to call in and get a court date and take him to court it's illegal to do any of the stuff he did I'm really sorry

Mattia: ok we will
I get in the car put Amelia in her car seat and I turn the light of and lay on Mattia Lap and cry while Mattia plays with my hair

Mattia: it's fine now you baby is here with you
He whispers in my ear
Ayala: that was scary
Mattia:I know it's not going to happen again

Once we get home I grab Amelia and walk up to my room and lay down with Amelia on top of me

Mattia's pov

After that happened I feel really bad for her it makes me mad I called the court and got an appointment but the only appointment they have is in six months so I booked it

Alejandro: bro what took so long?!
Alvaro: we got pulled over and shit went down

Kairi: look let me show you
He takes his phone out and shows the video
After it's over I say
Mattia:Kairi I swear if you show that video to anyone else it makes me so made we are going to court in six months good night
I said mad walking up stairs

I walk into our room and see Ayala asleep with Amelia on top of her.
I grab Amelia and put her in her bad
I turn the light off
and I grab Ayala and put her on top of me
