"Mom! Dad! I'm home!!" Sophie shouted.
"we're up here sweetie!" Edaline replied from her room. Sophie ran up to the second level where Edaline's room is, once Sophie saw Edaline, she rushed up to her and squeezed her into a hug.
"Mom! I missed you! Where is Dad?" Sophie said excitedly yet curiously
"Grady is on emissionary tasks. I missed you too baby! How is Keefe?" Edaline said. "O-O-Oh uhhhh....." Sophie stammered
"Its OK hun, tell me when you're ready, k?" Edaline replied gently and calmly. Sophie nodded slowly but someone HAD to ruin the moment.
