HTTYD X BNHA (how to train your dragon)

Part 6

After arriving back at the cave.

Bakugou: No, it totally makes sense. It's like a giant beehive. They're the workers, and that's their queen. It controls them. Let's find your Mom.

Izuku: No, no! Not yet. They'll... kill Eijiro. Kacchan, we have to think this through carefully.

Bakugou: Deku, we just discovered the Dragons' Nest. The thing we've been after since Vikings first sailed here. And you want to keep it a secret? To protect your pet dragon? Are you serious?

Izuku: Yes.

Bakugou: Okay. Then what do we do?

Izuku: Just give me until tomorrow. I'll figure something out.

Bakugou: Okay.

Bakugou then punches Izuku in the shoulder. Izuku looks at eijiro confused then looks back at bakugou.

Bakugou: That's for kidnapping me.

Bakugou takes Izuku by the arm and pulles him toward him. Bakugou kisses izuku's cheek softly.

Bakugou: And thats for everything else.

Bakugou leaves and Izuku looks at him leave. Izuku let's out a soft sigh and looks dreamingly at bakugou's figure leave. Izuku turns back to Eijiro, who was looking at him as if he was moving his eyebrows.(like this: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)  )

Izuku: What are you looking at?

The next day at the arena,

(While walking)Inko: Well, I can show my face in public again! If someone had told me that in just few short weeks, Izuku would go from being, well... Izuku, to placing first in Dragon Training... Well, I would've tied him to a mast and shipped him off for fear he'd gone mad. But here we are. And no one's more surprised...or more proud than I am. Today, my boy becomes a Viking. TODAY, HE BECOMES ONE OF US!!

Bakugou: Be careful with that dragon.

Izuku: It's not the dragon I'm worried about.

Bakugou: What are you gonna do?

Izuku: Put an end to this.

Bakugou looks at Izuku worried.

Izuku (cont.): I have to try. Kacchan, if something goes wrong... just make sure they don't find Eijiro.

Bakugou: I will. Just... promise me it won't go wrong.

Mitsuki: It's time, Izuku. Knock him dead.

Sero: Show 'em how it's done, my man!

Izuku puts the helmet his mother gave him and enters the Arena and picks a dagger and a shield from the weapon's stand.

Inko: Hrmph. I would've gone for the hammer.

Izuku: I'm ready!

Mitsuki pulls a lever and the monsturous nightmare's cage door opens to reveal it covered in flames. Izuku then puts his hands up like he did for Eijiro and approaches the nightmare.

Inko: What is he doing now?

Izuku: It's okay. It's okay.(throws dagger and helmet onto floor) I'm not one of them.

Inko: Stop the fight.

Izuku: No! I need you all to see this. They're not what we think they are. We don't have to kill them.

Inko: I SAID STOP THE FIGHT! (hits hammer against the Arena railings, agitating the Nightmare) Out of my way!

Bakugou: Deku! DEKU! [enters the ring]

Meanwhile, at the cove, Eijiro hears Izuku's screams and races to the Arena

Inko: This way!

Bakugou escapes, but Izuku is pinned under the Nightmare's claws. Suddenly, a resonating blast fires at the Arena's railing. Eijiro jumps into the Arena. The smoke clears up, revealing the two dragons fighting

Mitsuki: Night Fury!

Izuku: Alright, Eijiro, go. Get out of here!

Vikings: Night Fury!

Izuku: Go! GO!

Viking: Take it alive!

Bakugou: Inko, no!

Izuku: No, Mom, he won't hurt you!

Izuku (cont.): No, don't! You're only making it worse! Eijiro, STOP!

Izuku (cont.)No! NOOOOO!

Viking: Get him!

Izuku: No! Please, jus-- just don't hurt him! Please don't hurt him.

Inko: Put it with the others!

They enter the mead hall.

Inko: I should have known. I should have seen the signs.

Izuku: Mom-

Inko: We had a deal!

Izuku: I know we did... But that was before... Ugh, it's all so messed up!

Inko: So everything in the ring... A trick? A lie?

Izuku: I screwed up. I should have told you before now. Take this out on me, be mad at me, but please... just don't hurt Eijiro.

Inko: The dragon? That's what you're worried about? Not the people you almost killed?

Izuku: He was just protecting me! He's not dangerous.

Inko: They've killed HUNDREDS OF US!

Izuku: AND WE'VE KILLED THOUSANDS OF THEM! They defend themselves, that's all! They raid us because they have to! If they don't bring enough food back, they'll be eaten themselves. There's something else on their island, mom... it's a dragon like--

Inko: --Their island? So you've been to the nest.

Izuku: Did I say nest?

Inko: How did you find it?

Izuku: No... I didn't. Eijiro did. Only a dragon can find the island.

Inko starts walking to the door of the hall.

Izuku(cont.): Oh, no, no. Mom, no! Mom! It's not what you think! You don't know what you're up against! It's like nothing you've ever seen! Mom, please! I promise you that you can't win this one! No! Mom, no! FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE, WOULD YOU PLEASE JUST LISTEN TO ME?!

Inko: You've thrown your lot in with them. You're not a Viking. You're not my son.

Inko opens the door to the mead hall and slams it closed after leaving.  She stands at the other side of the door. She sighs sadly and walks to the ships.
