After Chat left, Marinette stayed in her room. She didn't go to school, and she didn't contact anyone. Her parents would occasionally place food in her room, but she didn't eat.
Chat hadn't come for 2 weeks. Which made Marinette wonder how he knew she was talking about Adrien.
Did he know Adrien? Did Adrien know his Identity? Marinette quickly stopped herself because she knew if she thought about Adrien too much she might burst.
She hated this.
Will this be my life forever?
Will I always just hide and run every time I dislike what has happened to me?
Will I always hurt people?
Am I really a horrible person?
Marinette thought through every single question leading to her walking to her balcony. Marinette climbed onto the bars of the balcony. She stood up straight and tall. Just staring to the ground.
"I'm sorry everyone, but I can't afford hurting anyone else." Marinette thought to herself. And she jumped. She closed her eyes. She opened her arms. She was ready she thought to herself.
But she landed on something soft. She then felt some water droplets on her face. She looked up to the sky, and saw Chat.
