"Chat?" Marinette said, confused on why he was there and why he had caught her. Chat didn't say anything, and pulled her into a tight hug.
Of course, she hugged him back, but Chat promised himself not to ever let go.
They stayed like that for minutes. It started to rain, but he didn't care.
He never wanted to let go, scared for what might happen if he did.
"Why are you here?" Marinette said with tears on her face.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU MARINETTE? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? YOU COULDV'E DIED! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!" Chat said sobbing at the same time.
He didn't care if he looked weak.
He didn't care if he looked lame.
But he cared for Marinette.
Just Marinette.
His Princess.
"Why do you care?!" Marinette said. He didn't answer.
He just stood up, still carrying her, and jumped to the sky.
He climbed all the way to the Eiffel Tower. And went to the top to show her the beautiful view.
"You want to know why?" Chat said.
Marinette turned to him, but he didn't turn back.
When he finally turned to look at her, with eye contact full of sincerity.
"Because I love you Marinette." Chat said looking into her deep bluebell eyes.
And with that, she kissed him. She actually kissed him. She didn't care anymore.
At that point all her feelings were for Chat, not Adrien. _______________________________________________________
