☘ Author's perspective ☘
Lack of communication leaves an open room for imagination out of which mostly are pessimist and that's what happened in case of both Jungkook and Taehyung ever since Heather walked by them.
Only if they didn't lack communication then situations might be different but it didn't go wasted, they now had a lesson that taught them a lot.
After what happened on Taehyung's birthday Jungkook confronted himself and Taehyung too heard it all with no judgement.
They needed to hear each other before coming to a final decision. Taehyung felt so dumb after hearing Jungkook's side of story and Jungkook felt like drowning in remorse.
None of them was at fault and none of them was right either. They just lacked communication to let each other know what they had gone through.
Now things were finally clear between the two. Luckily they heard each other and tried to comfort each other to the best because they suffered all along and they just wanted to get over it as soon as possible to start a better new journey together.
Taehyung demanded Jungkook something on his birthday and Jungkook couldn't disagree with his cute demand and that was a sleepover the next day.
It was 31st December, the last day of the year when Jungkook came to Taehyung's place on his demand and the first thing he did was a mere knock on his bedroom door but the door already burst open with an attack of a baby bear on him.
Jungkook chuckled joyfully before catching Taehyung in his arms who clung on him, arms wrapped around his neck and legs around his waist.
Jungkook playfully patted his butt, making Taehyung whine but he soon placed a soft chaste kiss on his lips.
"Baby bear doesn't cling on humans okay? Koala does." Jungkook said jokingly and Taehyung hopped back on the ground.
"Who said you are human? You're a giant bunny." Taehyung scoffed and Jungkook couldn't hold back his laughter.
"Aigoo... why are you so cute?"
Jungkook pinched both of his cheeks, bending to kiss them one by one and Taehyung blushed and giggled, hiding his face behind his comfy sweater paws.
He then tucked Jungkook's arm, dragging him to his bed after closing the door behind.
He made Jungkook sit on the bed and he himself sat on the middle of the bed while folding his legs.
"You came here finally. You know we always are together on New years I couldn't let this chance go away too. Now, come here." Taehyung demanded, making Jungkook sit in front of him while folding his legs too.
"How could I miss this chance to come here when my baby demanded?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung played with his fingers shyly.
"For you." Jungkook now pulled something out of his pockets and passed him the chocolate bar while Taehyung's face brightened up to see it.
