Iwazumi wakes up looking at the time on his phone. "Shit" he mumbled. It was time for him to wake up for school. Iwazumi gets up to go to the bathroom on his way passing his mom.
"Good morning Hajime" His mom smiles while stepping out of her room heading downstairs.
Iwazumi enters the bathroom closing the door behind him. He looks in the mirror running his hands throughout his hair before grabbing a little bit of gel putting it in his hair to style it how he likes. He then washes his hands wiping them off with a towel to get the gel off before picking up his toothbrush to brush his teeth. Once he's done he leaves the bath heading back to his room getting dressed then checking his phone.
"Shittykawa: 2 more days until Iwa chan day !!"
Iwazumi smiles at the text from his best friend.
"It's not the special shittykawa, be ready I'm walking out my house now."
Iwazumi replies.
"Ugh whatever"
The setter responded.
Hajime walked down the steps saying goodbye to his mom before stepping out the house. He waits for Oikawa in their usual spot.
"Yahoo Iwa-chan!" Oikawa almost yells while approaching Iwazumi.
"Hey trashykawa" Iwazumi smiles at the slightly taller boy.
The two boys begin their walk to school.
"Aren't you excited?" Oikawa questioned.
"For what?" Iwa gives Oikawa a confused look.
"You're birthday duh!" The setter explained.
"Oh, I guess..." Iwazumi says in a monotone voice.
"What do you mean 'you guess'?" Oikawa mocks.
"You get to know your soulmate!" The brown haired boy smiled.
"No I get to know their favorite color, you know how many people share the same favorite color? Besides it's all pointless to me, I don't even believe in that stuff" Iwazumi scoffs.
Oikawa rolls his eyes. "Ugh Iwa-channnnn, you're so lame! Lighten up. Regardless you get to know , what if you find your soulmate the same day!?" Oikawa whines
"I don't know, then I find them I guess"
