Gwyneth is sitting at a table, her face noticeably beams up as she finds us walking towards her, a dark guy who seemed to be having a chit-chat with her is also sitting at the table, I greet them not bothering to hug her or say any other thing to them, I find myself jealous of the fact that she had brought someone with her, I find myself moving over to the work bar the woman who makes our food is,
‘Your girlfriend?’
‘No, just a random friend’
‘She doesn’t look random to me, it’s almost like you are upset that she is talking to him’ she looks towards both of them obviously referring to the guy Gwyneth came with.
‘I guess so’
‘Why don’t you tell her?’
‘Tell her what?’
‘that you like her” she is almost like your eye candy
‘Yes, I know am just afraid I might hurt her the way I am.
‘What’s wrong with you poor boy?’ she asked probably genuinely concerned about me.
