Aaliyah called her grandmother from the hospital and told her to come get her. The whole car ride home she couldn't explain what was wrong with her. Her grandmother tried to console her but she just simply said you didn't want to talk about it when they pulled into the garage and parked Aaliyah got out the car and ran straight up to her room.

She was so upset she didn't know what to do she didn't even wait for her grandmother to come inside.

Aaliyah baby you got a letter. Afternoon grandmother walked out she shut the door behind her she looked at the envelope and it read Keith Houston she knew that was her father but she really didn't want to read it. She didn't want to hear any of his excuses. or any lies about him getting out of jail in seeing her. She figured hey I'm 16 I'm practically grown I don't need him anymore and now that mom's gone don't need anyone . But then again she know much about her father only the stories of what her mom told her.

And maybe a couple of phone calls here and there but nothing really major it still didn't replace the fact that he was never around when she really needed him if you birthday cards but that doesn't replace I'm not actually being there. She figured fine I'll open it just to laugh I need a good laugh right now. You open the letter and it read:

I hope you're doing well I hear you with your grandmother is she treating you fine? I know she is you in a good place. I just want you to know how bad I miss your mom. She was my only love and I always love her and thank her for givingme you. You mean the world to me I want to let you know that I'm getting out soon no bullshit I'm really leaving they're letting me out I finish my time I should get out around December or no not December February I hope to see you baby girl and I hope you forgive me for everything I just want to build a relationship with you I love you always and forever

1:00 A.M

Aaliyah was woken up to shakes. She didn't know what do? She wanted to scream, but before she could the strange man covered her mouth so she wouldn't wake she didn't her grandmother.She could only hear whispers so she had to get up and got dressed and did as they told her she's a little scared. She thought she was being kidnapped. She didn't want to die like that she was only 16 she had so much to live for, all that was running through her mind was fuck my life.

The men escorted her to the car she's got in. 2 hours later they were at this really big house, it was so beautiful you'd think someone famous lived there. When that escalated her up the stairs and made her sit in the den. A guard said

"Mr. Jackson will be with you in a moment."

Aaliyah sat there puzzled she didn't know what to do or why this is happening to her ? A few moments later when the door cracked open and walked in the last person she wanted to see?
