Delilah continued to pinch herself throughout the night, unable to believe her luck.
But she felt every pinch, every hug and a multitude of emotions. She knew there was no way she could be dreaming because she was lost in the conversation the group had, a conversation about spells and charms she had never heard before and couldn't possibly make up herself.
It was getting pretty late and the common room slowly emptied, the fire dimming.
'I have an idea,' Fred said with a wicked smile upon his face. His elbowed George.
"How about a fun little game of truth or dare?" George winked at me and Delilah felt her cheeks blush.
Harry and Ron raised their eyebrows at each other.
If Delilah knew anything about Fred and George, she knew this would either be a lot of fun or end terribly.
"Hm. I don't know. The game's pretty childish, don't you remember last time when-" Delilah cut off Hermione before she could even finish, eager to see how this would turn out. "Come on guys, don't be party poopers, let's play!" she taunted.
Harry and Ron sat up at once, slightly blushing but nodding. Hermione huffed, but she too agreed.
George rubbed his hands together eagerly.
"Ok I'll ask my a question first." he said and Hermione rolled her eyes.
"Hermione," he baited.
"What?" she snapped in return.
"Truth or dare," replied George with a serious expression.
"Fine, just give me a truth then," she sulked and Ron and Harry sniggered.
"Of course you would choose truth," started Ron, but he trailed off as Hermione sent him a sharp glare.
"I was really hoping you would say dare, but if you are keen for a truth.."
Fred leaned over and whispered something into George's ear that the others could not hear.
They both giggled.
"Hermione," George began. "If you had to, absolute had to, like the fate of the entire world depended on it, who would you fuck, Harry or Ron?"
Hermione turned bright red and grew so mad they thought steam would come spilling out of her ears. Delilah tried her best to hold in her giggles. Harry and Ron both looked to the floor shyly.
But Hermione stood up and practically screamed at the mischievous twins, "I've had enough of your childish games. That is an immature and inappropriate question. I have things to do tomorrow unlike you lot, so if you don't mind me I'm going to bed now." She stormed off without waiting for a response.
At her departure, the group let out a howl of laughter.
Delilah noticed however that Ron's laughter did not quiet meet his eyes and she smiled to herself knowingly.
Ron broke off the laughter by turning to Harry, "Truth or dare, Harry?"
"Truth," voiced Harry through his laughter.
"Would you rather be a Slytherin or be expelled from Hogwarts?" Questioned Ron.
Harry answered quickly, "EXPELLED!" he shouted loudly. "Never in a million years would I want to be a snobby prick like one of the Slytherins." The group burst out into more laughter at this.
"Good choice, you'd be stuck with Draco everyday too. Perhaps you too would become best friends," taunted Ron who in returned was slapped by Harry' hands.
