ronnie

today was the day! i was finally going on my date with jermiah and i couldn't be anymore glad.

dad took me to get my nails done, even though i fought against it, and allowed me to pick out a new box of hair dye for my hair.

i really hope jerimiah likes red, because i look like ariel from the little mermiad.

"pumpkin?" dad yelled and i fumbled myself down the stairs in my shorts and tank.

"yeah daddy?"

he looks at me smiling, "jerimiah will be here soon. why aren't you dressed?"

"i was about to! hair takes time to curl," i giggle and he nods.

"you're so much like your mother," he frowns.

"daddy," i walk over to him and rub his back. "shes in a better place and isn't in pain."

he nods, "i understand. now go get ready for your date."

i roll my eyes and rush up the stairs to finish getting ready.

-

i take a look of my reflection, smoothing down the dress a little more. my bright eyes popped out, so did my hair. my eye brow ring was sitting where it usually does.

should i take it out?

"ronnie! jerimiah is here!"

i sigh, i guess it's staying.

i grab my white converses, pulling them on, and then rushing down the stairs seeing the hazel eyed boy smiling. "hi jer-bear."

"hey ronald."

i giggle, and dad raises a brow. "its a nickname thing," i inform him, walking up. "you wouldnt understand."

"ronnie theres a lot i dont understand with teenagers today," he informs me. "i want her back by ten."

"yes sir," jerimiah replied, taking my hand and locking our fingers together. "dont worry, ive got your girl safe."

i blush, and dad chuckles, "i hope so. have fun you two, and no sex."

"daddy!" i gasp and jerimiah just laughs.

"i swear on my own grave sir that wont happen until marriage."

"marriage?" i raise a brow. "were only seventeen."

he shrugs and we walk out to his car. "its more of a planning ahead thing babe. dont worry about it."

we get in and we were off to where ever we were going.

-

i gape at the scenery.

the sun was just setting, making the sky multiple renditions of purple, red, and orange.

we were on the hood of his car up on black mountain. its where make out point was and i was super scared that we were in that area.

everyone knows what happens on makeout point the next morning. it was scary.

"its beautiful," i whisper, and he chuckles.

"youre beautiful."

i blush, "am not jer-bear."

"are to," his arm comes around my waist and pinches my side. i squeak, somehow pushing myself closer to him. he smiles, kissing the top of my head and keeping his arm around me.

i liked this. it was comfortuble to be held in his grasp and keeping his eye on me. it made me feel, wanted.

"jerimiah?"

"hmm?"

"whats it feel like to kiss someone?"

he chuckles, "im not for sure if i can explain it hun. would you like to try?"

i nod, and he raises us up. he pulls me onto his lap, into a straddle position. "have you ever kissed anyone before?"

i shook my head, "no. ive kissed my dad but only on the cheek."

he chuckles, "how about we start there. kiss me on the cheek."

and i do.

"good," he tells me. "now kiss my lips like you kissed my cheek."

i nod and press my lips to his. he pulls away after making me frown, "did i do something wrong?"

he shakes his head, "no baby. but you have to relax or this is just going to go wrong."

i let a few breaths out and he kisses me again. i kiss back.

our lips moved in sync, and he pulled me closer. his tongue swept across my bottom lip, and i hesitantly opened my mouth for him to enter. he squeezed my hip slightly to give me a 'good job'. we fought for dominance and suddenly a bright light was shown in our way.

"mr? ms? i need you to stop and leave," the officer said. i climbed off of him and he nodded towards the car. i got in as he packed everything up and got in the car himself.

"well," he starts the car. "that was fun."

-

"i had a great time," i tell him, running my thumb over his knuckles.

"i did too and i hope we can do it again sometime."

i nod, "id like that."

"and id like you to be my girlfriend?" he asked, and i smiled.

"id like that to."

i kiss him softly before the front door opens to reveal my dad, "its ten. lets go ronnie."

we pull away from each other, "bye jer-bear."

he kisses my cheek before he walks back down to his car, "bye ronald."
