Episode 8

"I know right, it's like he's a different person!" Flynn butted in and we all turned to look at her. "He doesn't participate in gym anymore, GYM!" Flynn said as she collapsed onto the chair beside her. " that's not like him at all!" I said sitting up in my seat. I looked to look as he lightly put his hand on my shoulder. He gave me a face that said "are you okay." I looked to him and gave him a small smile as if to say that I was alright. I looked over to the boys to see them sharing a smirk then looking back to us. Suddenly the doors slightly opened and my dad walked.

"Hey Julie! Oh...hey Flynn! I was just gonna head out to watch your brother's game and there is leftovers in the fridge that you can heat up" he said. "Ok dad!" I said with a smile. "Okay, bye" he said. "Bye! I replied as he shut the door behind him. I looked to the boys confused. "he couldn't see you?" I questioned. "I don't get it," Alex said with an anxious look on his face. "I-I don't know," Luke said with a confused look and leaning back in his seat.

"How can she see us but he can't?" Alex questioned. "I don't know," I answered. "Maybe we can ask Willie," Reggie suggested. "Yeah" Alex agreed. "Ok, but in the meantime we should do something to calm everyone down and forget about this whole nightmare" Flynn said standing up and stepping towards us. She then pulled out a C.D out of her bag and held it up so everyone could see what it was. "That's a good idea!" I said to Flynn. "You guys down to watch a movie?" I asked the boys.

"sure, just not star Wars," he said. Flynn and I gave him a confused look. Luke gave us a look as I understood what he was talking about. "I picked this up from my house" Flynn said as she brought the chair she was sitting in, over beside the couch.

"What movie is it?" Julie asked her friend as Flynn sat down in her chair. "Descendants!" the girl said with a smile. As the movie started playing everyone went silent and put all their focus on the screen. Luke looked over to Julie and noticed that she was shivering a little. He instantly took off his coat and put it around her shoulders. (he is wearing the blue coat he was wearing in episode 4 and 5) Julie gave him a sweet smile before putting her focus back on the movie.

It got dark halfway during the movie. Julie was getting tired and leaned her head on Luke's shoulder. Luke noticed this and smiled down at the girl. Luke instantly put his arm around her. Nobody but Flynn noticed as she was secretly watching them the whole time. Not soon after the movie ended, everyone except for Luke and Flynn fell asleep. "I'm gonna head up to Julie's room. Do you mind carrying her up there for me?" Flynn said snapping Luke out of his days. "Sure, okay!" the boy said as he turned to Flynn who was now slowly starting to stand up.

Luke slowly stood up, being careful, trying not to wake Julie up. He carefully picked Julie up in his arms like she was the most fragile thing he was trying not to break. Flynn opened the door for Luke as he made his way over to the girl. "Thanks" Luke said to Flynn as he passed her. They eventually made it to Julie's room. Luke gently placed Julie down on the bed. Flynn went into the bathroom to brush her teeth as Luke pulled her shoes and socks off of her feet. Luke tucked her in as Flynn came out of the bathroom. Luke didn't seem to notice as he was too busy smiling down at the girl as if she were the most precious thing he had ever seen.

"Aww you guys are so cute together!!!!" Flynn said excitedly, walking over to where Luke was. "What are you talking about?" Luke said with a scoff as he smiled at her confused. "Come on, it's obvious you guys are perfect for each other!" Flynn said with a smirk. "I-I don't know what you mean," Luke said, his face turning bright red. "You can try to deny it all you like, but it's very clear that you guys are like soulmates" Flynn said as Lukes cheeks grew a darker shade of red.

With that Luke poofed out of the room and into the garage to see the boys fast asleep and Reggie snoring as usual. Flynn looked over beside her to see that her best friend was still wearing Luke's jacket. She let out a little chuckle while shaking her head. She smiled at the thought of her best friend finally finding good for her and that makes her happy. Flynn smiled at her best friend while climbing into bed next to her.
