BeepBeepBeep, the sound of my alarm clock was going off. It was around 4:30 am, I really didn't want to get out of bed, it was the day I was moving to Australia with my mom and new step dad. "Come on y/n get up we have to hurry!" I hear my mom yell from down the stairs.

After like 10 minutes I finally got up and went in the shower. When I got out I picked up the outfit I picked out from the night before because all my other clothes were packed away. I decided to wear my a red stripped shirt from Brandy Melville, grey pair of sweatpants and my brown Uggs. I hurried and blowed dried my long brown hair then straightened it. After that I grabbed my back pack with my laptop and chargers. I then ran down stairs to see my mom and Allen my new step dad standing in the kitchen.

"Hey you ready cause we have to leave soon". said Allen

"Yeah I'm ready." I said sleepily, I wasn't a morning person at all.

We arrived at the airport in about 30 minutes. Our plane didn't leave until 6:30 am so we got there just in time.When I got on the plane I sat beside my mom and Allen. They both must have been really tired cause after we left off they both fell asleep. I tried to fall asleep but I couldn't so I just listen to music most of the way there.

As soon as we arrived to Australia I was amazed, because it was so beautiful. You would think it was just desert and plan but it wasn't, it had trees everywhere and it was grassy, also had lots of building's and a lot of water it kinda reminded me of back home. We all walked out of the airport and Allen had someone bring us a car from his work I guess, we got in and went to our new house.

I guess I ended up falling asleep in the car because my mom was yelling at me to wake up and help the movers with our stuff. After I got all my things I ran up to my new room. I was happy that we moved here, but I'm also sad that I left my best friend Athna behind. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and texted her say I missed her and hope she can visit over spring break. After that I looked around my new home. It was huge I've never lived in a house this big before, maybe because it was just me and my mom till my mother met Allen.

I went back up to my room and started putting my stuff away. After I found my blankets and stuff I put it on my bed and went to sleep.
