It was around 2:00 in the evening and I was helping my mom clean the house before she had to get ready for work at 3:00.

"So how did your date go with David?"

"It was really fun."

"Did you two kiss? My mom said with a big smile on her face and while nudging my side with her elbow.

"Maybe." I couldn't help but smile and blush a little.

"Well I'm glad you two hit it off so well." My mom said then we heard a knock on the door. I walked over and open it to see Ashton standing there with his hands in his pockets and looking down at his feet. When he noticed that It was me that answered the door he lifted his head up with a big smile and was looking at me.

"Who's at the door y/n?" My mom yelled from the living room.

"Its Ashton, is it okay if he stays over for awhile?" I ask my mom while she walks up beside me.

"Yeah its fine you helped me clean so much today so your done with your chores for today."

"Okay come in."I then grabbed Ashton's arm and ran up to my room.

Ashton'sP.O.V

"So did you and David have a nice night?"

"Yeah we had fun he took to me to a place called the grill."

"Oh that's a nice place." I said while sitting on y/n bed. I didn't wat to tell her I seen them together and that I lied to her last night.

"Yeah so what do you want to do today?"

"Um I don't know and your still not done unpacking you have been here for about 2 months now."

"Yeah I never really have time to unpack because I have school then I hang out with you and I think I wanna join the track team."

"Oh that's nice I didn't know you liked to do sports."

"Yeah I love track I did it ever since I started middle school when I was younger."

"Wow that's why your so in shape then."I said with a giggle, y/n giggled as well, I loved her laugh it was so cute and she made the cutest look when she did.

"Well you want me to help you unpack your room again then".

" Sure if you don't mind".

"No not at all I love helping you out with things". We both smiled at each other then I got up and I walked over to one of the boxes. It was filled with lights and pillows.

Why do you have lights in this box I said and she looked over at me with her beautiful blue eyes.

"I hang them on my walls. I took a picture of my old room before i packed every thing so I'll know where everything goes and how I want it.

"Oh can I see the picture?" Y/n then walked over to her phone and walked back over to me and we sat on her bed. She was going through her gallery to her phone and I noticed the pictures we taken together from one time when she was over at my house. They were ugly, but really cute kind of pictures.

"Oh I found them!" She lifted up her phone to me and I looked at the picture, her old room was so cool I really liked it. Her walls were blue like now and she had white Christmas lights hanging all over her walls she had a big window in her old room that had black curtains and blinds. Her bed had the same cover it was white and ruffle and over her bed had a big cloth thing. I asked her what it was and she told me it was a tapestry.

"Wow its nice." I said and handed back her phone.

"Thanks it took me forever to find all this stuff and get it so I can have a tumblr room."

"Tumblr room?" I asked giggling a little

"Yeah people post cool things on there walls on tumblr and people call them tumblr rooms."

"Oh well my little sister has been wanting to redo her whole room since she's grown out of pink stuff." Y/n looked at me for a little bit with a smile spreading across she face.

"I can help her if she wants me too I'm good at this kind of stuff." Y/n said while jumping up off her bed to stand in front of me. I then put my hands on her waist and stood up to my feet.

Yeah shell love that maybe Wednesday you can come over and we'll get started. She then hugged me tight and thanked me.

Y/nP.O.V

I was so happy that Ashton would let me redo his sisters room. After I was done hugging him we started to untangle my lights I had in the box Ashton opened along with some of my throw pillows.

"Y/n," I heard my mom say. "Im going to work now, Allen be home the same time I will so there's money on the kitchen counter for you to get some dinner for later, love you bye". I heard the door open and shut after that and stood to my feet and ran my fingers through my hair and sighed.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing I just remember her and Allen are going to the United States in two days for a business trip to California, and I'm going to be home alone again".

"I'm sorry what time do they get back tonight I will stay here with you till they come home." He then stood in front of me and grabbed my hands while looking down at me.

"They get home around 10:00 so you don't have to stay." I said looking down at our hands.

"I will stay all night if you want me too y/n".

"Thanks Ash." Ashton then hugged me tightly for a little bit before I heard my phone ring. I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and seen it was David.

"Hey David." I said then Ashton backed up a little bit and gave me a weird look then was looking down.

"Hey so I was wondering since we both had a great time last night if you uh wanted to be my girlfriend officially anyways".

Ashton must of heard David through the phone because he then sat on my bed, and looked kinda mad and sad. I walked in my bathroom and closed the door behind me.

"Uh um I'll think about it okay, call you later bye."

"Okay bye y/n." I hung up my phone and put it back in my pocket. And walked back to Ashton and sat on my bed beside him.

"So are you too officially going out now?" Ashton had a stern look and seemed upset.

"I told him I'll think about it, I'm not ready to deal with a boyfriend right at this second even know I had a great time last night". Ashton got up and helped me up from my bed.

"Okay so you wanna go get something to eat because I'm staving." Ashton said and we walked down my stairs to the kitchen.

"Sure so were do you wanna eat at Mr Irwin"? I asked Ashton while picking up the money from the table.

"anywhere that you like".

"Okay lets go get some dozen yogurt and your driving". We got in Ashton's car and went off down the road.
