It's set while they are ghosts, but the reader is living and can see/touch them. Hope you like it!

Y/n's pov

I was walking through the hallway at school, when Luke poofed into view. He started singing, "Happy birthday to you!"

"Go away," I muttered, "now isn't the time. I have school!"

"Nope!" He moved to the other side. "Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Y/n, happy birthday to you!" Ok, I admit it was sweet, but he was being a little annoying! "Now," he said. "How 'bout you ditch school and come with me?"

"I would get in trouble for sure. . . ." I said, pondering it. 

"Yep," he answered. "That's why I KNOW you'll do it." He smirked at me.

"You get me," I said. "Come on, let's go." He grinned.

"I knew you'd come around!" We walked outside and down to the Orpheum. I grabbed Luke's hand, and suddenly, no one can see either of us.

"Let's go have some fun!" I said.

"Sure, N/N. Do you have anything in mind?" Luke asked. I shook my head no. "Well, I had an idea. . . " He said, rubbing the back of his neck. I leaned in.

"Whats your idea?" I asked.

"Well, I wrote a song. For you. For me to sing. To you." He said, stumbling over his words a little. Gosh, he was so cute.

"OK! Let's do it!" He hesitated, and I leaned closer. " Please. I want to hear it." He sighed.

"I guess," He said. I leaned forward and gave him a hug.

"YAY!" I shouted. Luke grabbed his guitar and sat down.

As Luke finished singing, he got close to my face. I knew what he was going to do, but i wanted to do it first. Before his lips could touch mine, i leaned forward and smashed my lips to his. His eyes were shocked that i had kissed him first, but soon he kissed back. A few minutes later, we pulled back for air, and i grinned at him.

"Best birthday ever."
