Hello and welcome to the round two of the Tropical Book Awards! If you still don't know how this round will work, then basically, the participants will collect votes from other users by tagging them, messaging them etc. Paramihan ng votes. Whoever gets the highest number of votes will be the Overall Champion.
Here are the rules for this round. Make sure to read them carefully.
RULES:
• A user can only vote 5 times. I will not count the extra comment/votes if it exceeds the maximum number.
•Voters must comment inline in the given space and comment "🌴".
•Participants should not tag/mention in the space provided for the votes. I will provide a space for the participants to mention users.
•If a voter votes on the space provided for the tags, I will immediately not count it to the total number of votes of the participant. So, participants it's your responsibility to tell them that they should not comment in the tagging/mentioning area.
