Chapter 1 the introduction

Author's POV

Samar Malik, gangster,son of Mafia, Greek god, handsome hunk, most eligible bachelor and most feared man in the country.

He loves two things: His Dad and victory.

He hates two things: losing and betrayal.

He tolerates three things: his dearest friend who happens to be his co-worker AMAR,
fun with girls and his cousin though he never likes her but he can't hurt her as he thinks it might hurt his Dad also.
And the most shocking thing is he never believes in LOVE for love is same as  useless,fake tale, weakness and wastage of time to him.
And don't forget he's HEARTLESS one.

Meera's POV

Hi! I'm meera, I'm houseman and am on my final year and I know I'd make it because being a medical doctor is my dream and so my mama's. She really played a big role in my life,she filled the void of my father. though I missed him but she never makes me feel his void as she was always there for me and my friend Diana.......

Phone ringing

"hello"i picked up
"hey meera your mom's health...."
W...what!what happened to her "I cut the caller out of fear
"ward 109 at MS hospital 🏥 "Is all I heard from that side..
OMG!what happened to her? hospital?MS hospital? fortunately I work there as houseman doing my housemanship but reaching her ward feels like a mile away as I was anxious. Though I was running but it feels like I was just crawling as I have strong urge to see her in just a blink of an eye 👀.
And finally I reached the floor and i could see my neighbor Afzal a man of 60's, I rushed to him and hugged him(sobbing)
"W..what happened uncle .."I cried on his shoulder...he consoled me .

30minutes later

The doctor came out of the ICU room,i rushed to him
"doctor is she fine? How's her condition now? How's......."I didn't complete my sentence when he cuts me "actually she's in serious condition,she....needs.............."

Serious condition?
My tears made their way to my cheek.
OMG no no! how can a pure soul like her will  be in such a terrible state... What if something happens to her? (I cried ) even the thought of it makes me crazy,what if it happens for real?
I was snapped out of my thoughts by the doctors voice
"stop crying my child, she will be fine if we did an operation for her,so you don't need to be worried just go and find money for the operation"he said and his words somehow calmed me down.
As far as she will be fine I can get the money even if it will demand all of our savings, I will give it.
"how much is the money doctor? "I asked
"460000"he said..
Excuse me?!what? 460000?our whole saving is  180000 urghhhh what can I do now?

"excuse me doctor "I said as I noticed him going. He turned and raised his eyebrows."ummm......doc..tor I...have only... 150000 with me an...d... So...please can..you start the
... work? Um.. Doctor I know as per hospital rule is payment before-service but sir u can deduct some from my fee and I promise to bring you the rest. Trust me sir..... "I said with teary eyes.

"don't worry my child you're a good girl and I trust you, just take care"he said. what a kindhearted man!
I mumbled thank you and left.

I went and took mine and my mom's saving which is 180000 but all I could give doctor is 150000 cause mom  needs  care which will demand some petty stuff so I've to keep 30000. But how can I get the rest of the money? First let me take this 150000 to doctor and then I'd go my dearest person who is my only hope.

I took the money to the hospital and the doctors started the operation. initially i was part of the operation participant but doctor Nazir declined because of my vulnerable state that he had witnessed so he thinks it will be a bad idea for me to participate in my mama's operation.

"What are you doing here meera?you suppose to go and find money not  to stay here and be sobbing"  said my subconscious
Yes,i have to go to Diana,though its late but she will understand.

At pub

Sound of music can be heard,some were dancing like yoga,some were flirting, while some men were sitting on the couch.
And there comes Mr.Samar in his glory with Amar beside him and two men behind with their no-nonsense look and all eyes were set on him and the girls can't stop ogling but he doesn't care as all matters to him now is meeting with some clients at the pub then something else can come after.
He was welcomed by some men whom were sitting on the couch earlier, they were his clients whom he has the meeting with.
But it seems hard for the girls at the pub to control themselves as they approached him flirting with him while the meeting was going on but he didn't resist them nor tolerates them but when the meeting was over, he starts to reciprocate.

30minutes later

The police entered the pub as it's against the law to party at late hours.
Some  club members ran and some were caught while Samar men were there arguing with the police but Samar was nowhere to be seen.

Knock knock  on the door "sir police have come "said Amar

"sorry Samar is taking his shower"replied a lady from inside.

"OK,when he comes out,tell him Amar is calling"said Amar and left.

Samar's men were threatening the police,Amar was making calls at the other side. Few minutes later Samar  showed up approaching the police and his men.

"what happened"he asked in a cool voice with a frown on his face

When the police saw him,they startled due to his expression "sorry sir we don't know that they are your men, please pardon us"said a police

"don't dare to do that again "warned Samar and took a leave.
