6:00 a.m. Friday the 13th
Y/N's pov

"UGH" the sound of the blaring alarm woke me up "this stupid pickle damnit!" I huffed

Just then a hard knock was heard "Y/N!!!get up or I swear I'm gonna kill you, you FILTHY girl!!" She said.

"YES", I replied.

So much for loving her

When she is with me she is this annoying good for nothing person. But when she is with my dad she makes sure that she coats her talks with not a sprinkle but a HUGE HEAP OF SUGAR.

Welp that's my one and only step sister.

My father is not home today. So you can completely make out that these two have split personality,whatever they do in front of my father is completely an act.My father is quite rich-ish, and whatever he gets as his payment he uses  it to bring gifts for his wife and daughter...well that isn't me I'm talking about my step mom and sister.

I didn't receive that much love after that night,it's complicated between both of us and he doesn't bother to ask if I'm fine.

Anyway let's just go...I did my morning routine,wore my clothes(your choice on what ya wear) and went downstairs only to find out both of them weren't there?weird but oh well,good for me,as I reached to the kitchen counter to eat something a hard slap collided with my cheek.

It was my step-sister Amy...and from the looks of it she's not in a good mood,this is bad and it isn't gonna end well. Another slap collided with my left cheek. It was quite harsh I almost fell to the floor and then again she slapped and I fell to the floor(three times a charm I guess). She pulled me up by my hair and started shouting incoherent words.

In all honesty, I was used to this kind of 'friendliness'

When I looked at what she is wearing it was the same thing I am wearing too, oh the guts of her!! I could have killed her there and then but I don't like wasting time on things or people that have no value of their own.

"Answer me you FREAK!!" in that squeaky voice of hers.
The grip of her hand on my hair became tighter.

I let out a low whimper, tears started brimming but I didn't let it out.

''I-I'm sorry, I-I-I will go change'' just as those words left my mouth, she threw me on the floor and went away with a satisfied smirk on her face.

In the end I couldn't do anything but apologise, she's right when she said that I'm a FREAK,I'm nothing but an accident a very big one.

I slowly got up and wiped the blood off the floor and changed my now torn clothes into a baggy hoodie and some joggers.

When I looked at the time I knew I ws gonna be late "sigh". She seriously knows how to get me into trouble.

Just when I was about to leave, the revving of the car caught my attention and I knew I was gonna be more late than I have ever been,she was my only ride and even if it was I had to sit on the mat of the car.

It was only once in a blue moon that she would take me with her in her car and most of the time she would leave me (she's a slow driver I mean slower than a slow cooker making eggnog) but not today I'm gonna show her who she just messed up with eventhough I'm a wimp in front of her.

I knew a shortcut but it was through the jungle,that way gave me a very weird feeling it gave me as if I belonged there but I guess I'm just hallucinating.

"Let's go, cuz it's now or never"

Swallowing the lump in my throat I made my way to school.
