UPDATE!! Okay, so funny story. I never uploaded the full version of this one-shot, it must have cut out when I was copy pasting from my google docs. I can't believe it's been almost a year since I've uploaded this one and I didn't figure out that it had much less words than what the actual amount was. I was looking through my past works, and I noticed this one only had 3400 words but I could have sworn that it was one of my longest ones. So I went to check the original version of this and it was COMPLETELY different. Anyways, thank you for bearing with my stupidity, here is the new full version of this one-shot.

Technoblade's POV

I was currently on a discord call with one of my best friends from high school, (Y/N). We've been with each other through the thick and thin, eventually becoming Minecraft youtubers with each other. After high school though (Y/N) decided to move away from our hometown, going to one of the colleges in (Y/S).

With that being said we don't get to see each other often, which is pretty terrible. We still talk almost everyday, and we frequently stream together. However, over the past couple of years I've seemingly developed feelings for her. Her (Y/H/C) hair that seems to always be a mess when she's on FaceTime with me, her pretty (Y/E/C) eyes that appear to always be sparkling. I just couldn't get enough of her.

I know, I know the Technoblade has a crush on someone, pretty hard to believe right? Whenever we collaborate and minorly flirt, the fans always have something to say about it. I don't necessarily have anything against it, but as far as I'm aware of, it sounds like (Y/N) thinks it's a bit. Which I don't have which I don't have a problem with, but I want it to be real.

"Hey, Techno! You alright there bud? I've been trying to talk to you for the past couple of minutes," She said, chuckling throughout the statement.

I feel my cheeks start to burn slightly from embarrassment, it's a good thing she can't clearly see my face. "Oh, uh, yeah I'm good. Sorry about that, what was it you were saying?"

"I was saying that we should maybe do something together soon? I haven't seen you in awhile and I miss you," She says to me, sounding like she has a pout through the phone.

My heart skips a beat at what she said, I've been looking for a chance to visit her for a little while now. However, I wanted it to be a surprise.

"Yeah, we should. I've missed you too. Unfortunately I can't for the next two weeks or so because" I took a brief pause since I needed an actual excuse as to why I couldn't fly out to her, "...because family is coming over? But maybe after that?" I mentally slapped myself on the head in disappointment as I heard myself say it outloud. That did not sound believable at all.

"Oh alright, that's fine. Then we'll just do something when they leave," She answered, sounding unhappy with the plans that have been made.

I made a sound of agreement, focusing on my computer screen. I was going to buy a plane ticket to fly out to (Y/S). I went onto United Airlines and looked for a decently priced flight and booked the first one I saw.

I scrolled and looked at what time the flight would be departing, 11 AM? I guess it could be worse, it was worth it after all. The plane would be leaving in 2 days, so I just gotta play it off until then.
