Coin: The backstory of President Alma Coin

Adolescence

Alma entered a college at the end of her senior year of the District 13 preparatory academy. This college was for people who wanted to work for the government of District 13. She learned well and aced all of her classes. She never really had a love life because she is focused on being a senator like her dad.

Until one day, she was doing her normal duties. The head mayor of District 13 came in. " Ms. Smithson, I have hired an assistant who will be working with you." he said. "Really, who?" asked Alma. " Meet Mr. Peppi Coin. He graduated the District 13 academy for politics the month after you did." said the Mayor. "Now, I will leave you to get to know eachother a little more. Have the rest of the day off you two." he continued.

Peppi and Alma went off to the coffee shop in downtown district 13. While they sipped they're coffee, they got to know eachother  more better. " So Alma, why did you want to become a senator?" asked Peppi. " My dad died a few years ago and so did the rest of my family. I lived with my step mother and father for the rest of my child. They made my life better. I went into the academy and aced all of my classes. I graduated and became a senator. Then, I met you." said Alma. " I am so sorry about your childhood." said Peppi. "Its fine." said Alma. The two got to knoweachother more better. Peppi came from a rich family and his parents made him a happy life. As he got older, he wanted to be a assistant of a senator. When he was just 18 years old, his mother died from Cholera. He still pursued his dream. The mayor assigned him to Alma because he thought he would suit her.

They worked together fine. As they work, they gained feelings for eachother. Mostly Peppi, but a little with Alma. 3 years later, he went with Alma to the Vuparda meadow. He planned to ask her out. "Alma, when we first met, I felt a connection between us. I can  never get you out of my mind. You are so pretty, smart in your job and everything else, kind to others, and generous to others as well. So Alma Serene Smithson, Will you be my girlfriend." said Peppi. Alma, in tears, said:YES! They hugged, Peppi put a ruby red rose on the side, and they kissed.

Soon there was a little twist in the life of their relationship.
