"Not as beautiful as you"
Yashiro turned to where the voice came from. There stood her first friend, Amane Yugi. He was now even taller than before, more built and confident. He became more attractive in the princess' eyes.
"A-Amane?" Yashiro's eyes were wide as saucers which made her look cuter in his eyes.
"I missed you" Amane smiled. The smile that the princess missed and longed to see. Nene wasted no time and embraced him.
"I missed you too Amane" he hugged her back and let go. Both of them sat down on the ground.
"So how are you? Did they treat you bad? They did make you practice without rest?" Yashiro bombarded him with questions.
"Slow down Yashiro. They treated me as if I was their brother, the Minamoto brothers I mean. They were nice to me so no need to worry. Our mentor said that I was a fast learner" the butler replied.
"That's good to hear" Nene smiled at him.
Amane's POV
I can feel myself blush as she smiled at me. She became even prettier than before. I decided to tease her to cover up myself.
"How did the daikon manage over the past few years?" I smirked and she pouted cutely which made my heart do a flip back.
"On second thought, I don't miss you at all" She was about to leave so I hastily grabbed her wrist and pulled her to me. I saw her lost her balance and she ended up falling on to my chest. When I opened my eyes, I saw her face. She was as red as a tomato which made her adorable. She was about to stand up but I made her fall onto me again.
"Stay like this for a while." We were both flustered but we enjoyed each other's presence. She hugged me and rested her head on my chest as I began petting her. I held her waist securely so she won't fall on the ground, then minutes later I heard her snoring cutely.
I gently picked her up and I stealthily head back to her chamber. I placed her on the bed and covered her body. I kissed her forehead and mumbled a 'good night your highness'. I then head out and went into my room.
