so this came to me in the shower. Female Detective Shinso-Midoriya Izumi ends up in canon. Ive only seen one female detective deku and I'm not gonna read it. the end up in canon thing came from a story on ao3, The Left Hand of Japan, by Captain Fortune. Check it out.
This idea wouldn't leave me alone, so here I am writing this instead of updating my other stuff.
Also has manga spoilers for the PLF War arc.

12 years ahead of canon, DI-gt-OG-Canon universe, night
Detective Shinso-Midoriya Izumi was on a mission. To find a villain named Portaller.
Izumi was a tall woman. She had a light brown trench coat, combat boots, and her police uniform. Her long green hair was in a ponytail, held with a yellow ribbon, resembling the fallen All Might's hair. Her large emeralds eyes were squinting as she clutched her gun. Impossible freckles were on her cheeks.
"Tsukauchi, I have my eyes on Portaller." She whispered into her comm.
"Okay Detectizumi. Transparency and Tsukuyomi are on their way." Naomasa said back.
"Copy that."
She checked her bullets and whatever else you do with a gun.
(Notice I know nothing about guns)
"Portaller. Real name, unknown. Wears a tattered black cloak, has silver hair and white eyes. Possesses some kind of portal quirk. Known crimes are robbery, kidnappings and human trafficking. Possibly a few murders." Izumi whispered to herself.
She watched Portaller pace around for a bit, then suddenly look up.
Straight at her hiding place.
/Sh!t! I think he heard me!/ Izumi thought, panic rising.
"I know you're there." Portaller said.
Izumi froze.
He approached her and she noticed his arm lift up, with shadows forming around it.
Izumi front flipped, and grabbed the shadowy arm. Portaller was spun around by her, then used his quirk. A shadowy portal opened up and Izumi was sucked in.
The last thing she heard was Portaller laughing.
