her name is lila
those wings don't actually work TwT but she pulls out the feathers as knives
there is a gun in a slot in her leg
you didn't need to know that
she lost her leg and arm in a freak car accident, as well as the other half of her face and a peice of her stomach.
the machines kept her alive at first, but she was to scared to go out in public
the hawks' secret coyote love child gave her some confidence, and she moved into a small apartment and set up a tiny hair salon.
(btw hawks dog thing is absolutley loded as a model so the next stuff makes a little sense)
the hawks dog flexed on everyone and payed for his entire friend group to go to his special school where people train to use abilities they were born with (e.g. his wings + hawks dog can do basically airbending stuff) to fight crime as government officials
yes i know i have made quite the sci-fi universe here
