CHAPTER. 29

FLASHBACK

At the age of five, jimin got a surprised as well for his parents. His mother gave birth to a baby girl. Not really knowing what's going on between both of his parents but for sure he knows that his parents were not happy when his baby sister was born.

Unlike his parents, jimin on the other hand keep jumping around excitedly knowing that he have a younger siblings. "Appa! Appa! When can we see my baby sister? " he asked with a big smile crept on his cute cubby face as his eyes disappeared.

"In a while jimin, let's wait for now" his father's voice sounds annoyed. But that didn't bothered him at all.

"Mr park, you may come in " the nurse slide open the ward room door, jimin ran excitedly ran inside just to see his mother with a frown back facing his baby sister.

While jimin took a chair, climb up and saw his baby sister sleeping peacefully. His eyes glitter in happy, jimin did not move from the spot as his stare at his sister in adore till she slowly opened her eyes. Her bambi eyes stare at his small eyes "hi! I'm your brother. Jimin " his smile didn't left him at all.

The parents were there staring at the interaction with a frustration. "What should we do? " Mr park asked "what should we do? Put her into the orphanage."Mrs park scowl at her husband.

In the end, yong byeol was seperate from jimin as she was took care by her mother side's grandparents. Did we mention that only their father's side preference for boys over girl. Now y'all know.

She was with them till at the age or 8 before both of their grandparents had passed away. Without any choice both Mr park and Mrs park took yong byeol back and was still planning to put her to orphanage.During that time, jimin is already 13 he was fully aware of what's happening.

When he know that yong byeol was going to be seperate from him, he throw tantrums saying that he wants to meet his sister but their parents just change topic and never let him met her. When yong byeol entered the house jimin was the first one to hug her and they both get close faster than the parents expected though she was there just 2 days.

Jimin who was back home from school, he accidentally heard the conversation about his parents calling the orphanage. Jimin was fuming in anger as he slam open the door, making both of his parents startled

"You're putting yong byeol to an orphanage? "Jimin asked, both of his parents just keep quiet.

"Please, answer me"he beg

"Jimin, she will only bring shame to our family. You know your grandfather don't you? He wants a grandson not granddaughter. We have you that's all we need" Mrs park said

"But I want my sister, I want her to stay by my side. "Jimin beg his parents. "Please, let her stay here. I promise. "

"You are still a kid, jimin. Putting her to orphanage is the best option. "Mr park said as they walk away from him.

The next day, yong byeol was brought to some orphanage and the little girl just stare at her both parents back hoping for them to turn their back. Sadly, they didn't.

About two weeks later, jimin somehow found the place yong byeol was staying. He spend his days with her at the orphanage and other kids right after his class finished and because of this, jimin's studies were effected but also their father side's grandparents somehow found out about Yong byeol.

He called and told them to bring her back home, saying that it will embarrassing if any of their relatives know about this. Because all along they know that yong byeol stays with her other grandparents.

Without any choice, they brought her back again with jimin stick to 24/7. Mr park and Mrs park enrolled her to school and all but one day Mrs park found out that Mr park had left her for other woman who is his client.

Since then, Mrs park always have been aggressive on yong byeol. She will bit yong byeol till sometimes jimin found her laying on the cold Marble floor ;passed out.

But what makes yong byeol to have panic attack is when yong byeol was 10 ,their mother tried to strangle her till when yong byeol accidentally fall asleep on the sofa at living room.

Till this day yong byeol remember how their mother's expression was; it was cold and blank. Her mouth keeps chattering the same sentence " because of you, our life's are ruin"

Thank god, jimin was arrived home that time and witness it. He quickly pulled his mother away from yong byeol who was gasping for oxygen "Let me go! It's because of her! Everything was fine till she exist! " she keep on screaming as yong byeol was shivering in fear.

That's where jimin realize it, if yong byeol is still under the same roof with their mother ; yong byeol life is in danger. So, jimin asked jin hyung and yoongi hyung if there's any empty room for both of them to stay. thankfully, that time the house apartment was just jin hyung and yoongi hyung with hoseok hyung and namjoon hyung as well.

The four older boys know the situation on jimin's life, so they agree to let the siblings to stay at the apartment. Although at first yong byeol refused to move out, because their mother will be alone in that house somehow jimin successfully convince her.

The first few months jimin let yong byeol to feel comfortable with the others which it happens thanks to jin hyung and hoseok hyung. When they both move out, obviously Mrs park didn't bother to look at her while towards jimin she begs him to stay with her but jimin didn't fall for her traps. he will go visit his mother from time to time and he will hear the same shit "leave yong byeol and come back to me son"

Jimin's answered is always the same " I want my little sister just as much as I want to mom, I can't afford to lose both of you. But putting you both in a house means I'm putting yong byeol in a risk" he made it clearly to his mother and she knows it very well what he meant.

So ya! This is what exactly happened but yong byeol is not ready to tell yeonjun about everything.
