She looked up into the sky, as if it was the last time she would see the stars twinkle in the sky. A single tear rolled down her face, she wiped it away, thinking to herself that everything would be okay, everything would be okay once she was gone, her brother who was 5 would forget about her, and live a happy life with all attention on him. Her mother would be sad, she knows this, yet she will still do what she's planning to do. Her mother would forget, the pain would heal as she watched her 5 year old son grow up and eventually forget about her. Another tear rolled down her cheek, she wiped it away again, smiling slightly at how silly she was being.
Bella, that was her name, she was at the park, swinging slightly whilst looking into the night sky. Her phone was off, she had turned it off around an hour ago, her father had been calling her, when she did answer he shouted at her, telling her to 'explain herself' and to get home straight away, it was around 2am when she got to the park. She doesn't remember how long she had been sitting there, thinking, thinking about what the world would be like without her, it probably wouldn't change at all, what difference would one life make?
Bella sighed and got up from the swing, and slowly walked out of the park knowing it would be stupid if she stayed there any longer, she began to walk towards a bridge, which was over the motor way, she felt free and careless up there. Once she walked to the middle she sat down, cross-legged and took the bottle of pills that she had in her bag and took the lid off, she sighed again and looked up at the sky one last time and then closed her eyes, she placed the bottle of pills up to her lips and swallowed them.
