You and Draco hung out in his room until dinner.
"Kids! Dinners ready!" Narcissa yelled up the stairs. His parents were a lot different from than you thought they were. They were actually pretty nice, and they welcomed you with open arms. You just wondered how they would act if you weren't Snape's daughter.
"Coming!" Draco yelled. "Mum is...An interesting cook. She makes very exotic dishes."
"Well...I have an advanced pallet.". You said smirking. Draco chuckled.
"I hope so." You and Draco walked downstairs to see what looked like meat. But you didn't know.
"What did you make, Mum?" Draco asked, pulling out your chair so you could sit, then he sat beside. you.
"Alligator legs with a little sauce I threw together." Your eyes widened. You had never laid eyes on something so elegant.
"Wow. Thank you, Mrs. Malfoy. This looks absolutely wonderful." You said, picking up your fork to start eating, Draco did the same.
"Please. Call me Narcissa." She said smiling.
"Oh, ok," you said. You cut into the meat and tried a bite. It was amazing. It was buttery and tender. You couldn't even tell it was an alligator.
"Wow! This is amazing, Narcissa!" You said, taking another bite.
"Well thank you, Darling. A lot of the girls Draco brings over don't like my food." Draco almost spits out his bite he had just taken. You chuckled at him.
"Mum!" Draco whispered through gritted teeth. You covered your mouth to laugh. He looked at you and mouthed 'sorry'. You smiled at him and shook your head as to say 'it's fine'. Once you and Draco finished dinner, you helped Narcissa clean up, then went upstairs. You went to Draco's room and you watched a movie, then Narcissa came in and told you to head to your room.
"Ok, no problem." You said hopping up from Draco's bed. You walked to your room and sat on the desk that was up against a window. You started writing a letter to Fred and George. It read:

Fred and George,
I'm so sorry I left without telling you. I completely forgot. I'm sure you already know, but Draco and I are together. I promise he's not like you think he is. He's considerate, romantic, kind. He's nothing like we thought him to be. Anyway, Im staying with the Malfoy's for Christmas. Narcissa is actually really nice. She cooks amazing dinner. Im not really sure about Lucius yet. He seems a little...cold. But I haven't seen him much anyway. He didn't come to dinner. Well, I hope to see you very soon. I hope you aren't mad at me.

Love, your best friend, y/n

You folded the letter up and sent it with the Malfoy's owl. Just then, Draco came into your room.
"What are you doing here?" You asked, standing up to give him a hug. He wrapped his arms around you tightly and you buried your head in his chest.
"I can't stay away from you, princess." You smiled. He picked you up and laid you on the bed. He laid beside you and wrapped his arm around your waist. You laid your head on his chest and grabbed his hand under the covers.
"I love you." You whispered.
"I love you most." He whispered back.

The next morning Draco woke you up.

"Darling, sorry to wake you, but you have to get back to your room before my mother comes to wake us." You groan and shift slightly. You stretch and Draco hops up from the bed.

"Ok, ok." You said as Draco pulled on your arm to get you out of bed. You threw the blankets off of you and jumped up. Draco pulled you into his arms and embraced you tightly. You sighed with pleasure. Being in his arms was the best feeling ever.

"I love you. I'll see you at breakfast." Draco whispered in your ear. Then he pulled away and kissed your forehead.

"See you at breakfast." You walked back to your room and sat at your desk. You hadn't gotten a response from Fred and George yet. You weren't surprised. They'd told you they were staying t Hogwarts ages ago. Apparently, their parents were going to visit Charli, they had no interest in going. They planned on pulling thousands of pranks, so they'd be properly busy. You stared out the window, thinking. Thinking about Draco. Lucius and Narcissa. Hogwarts. Then Narcissa opened the door snd you quickly turned around.

"Ah, you're up. Beautiful morning, eh? Breakfast is ready downstairs, Draco is waiting." She said with a smile, then left, slowly shutting the door behind her. You quickly umped up and threw on some leggings and a pretty dark green sweater. You rushed down the stairs to see Draco and Narcissa at the dining table, but no Lucius. He must really not like family time.

"Good morning, darling. How'd you sleep?" Draco asked, winking, as you sat down beside him.

"I slept wonderfully, thank you." You said, smirking slyly at him. You look down to see your plate already piled with food. Waffles, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and orange juice on the side. "Thank you, Narcissa. This looks amazing." You said, picking up your fork. Narcissa smiled at you and you all ate your food in silence. Once you were done, Draco took everyone's plates and put them in the kitchen.

"So. What are your plans today, Draco?" Narcissa asked as Draco sat back down in his chair.

"I thought we would just hand around today," Draco suggested, looking at you for approval. You nodded in agreement. "have a lazy day."

"Well, your father and I have some business to attend to. We'll be back in a few days. Will you two be alright?" Draco and you nodded your heads in unison. You both knew what alone time meant.

"We'll be fine, mum. I promise. Take as long as you need." Draco said as he grabbed your thigh under the table. You held back a gasp as he squeezed. He was teasing you, showing you what the days to come would look like. Narcissa nodded and left the room.

"We'll be all alone for a few days. Doesn't that sound like fun?" You said, smirking mischievously.

"You'll have the time of your life. And there's no one to tell us to be in separate rooms." You laughed and Draco stood up. He lifted you out of your seat and threw you over his shoulder. You laughed historically as he walked you up to his room and threw you on the bed. "Want a little sneak peek?" He asked slyly.

"Why not?" You asked calmly. Draco crashed his lips into yours and you giggled. This was home. You didn't care if you were sitting in Malfoy Manor. The least homey place anyone could think of. Draco was home wherever you were.
