Around noon, the group headed back to the docks and got dressed into dry clothes. They all met outside, dividing themselves amongst the cars. Dream decided to spice up his vacation, and he opted to take the third seat in Bad's car. Skeppy sat up front with Bad, and Dream was scrolling through his phone in the backseat.

It was just a distraction from the part where Dream realized they were going to the ropes course, since it was eventfully Friday. The frightening thought of the heights were enough to scare Dream off, but he wasn't about to be a wuss and back out, so he ignored the fact he would be many feet in the air.

"Aren't you afraid of heights?" Bad asked obliviously, just as Dream looked up in mild panic.

"Perhaps."

"Yea, he is, Darryl," Zak rolled his eyes in the rear view mirror. "Just don't look down."

"Gee, how did I not think of that?" The blond threw his hands up in a dramatic shrug. "You're so positively and absolutely correct. Thank you, Zak, I really do appreciate it."

"Now I'm gonna try to push you," Skeppy warned, and Bad shook his head adamantly.

"No, you are not gonna push Dream."

"I would love to see him try," Clay shot back evenly. He returned to his phone just as a text message appeared at the top of his screen.

"Who are you texting?" Skeppy's voice was far too close to his ear as he snapped his neck upwards. He tilted his phone screen away, eyeing him suspiciously.

"Why does it matter to you?" He muttered as his phone buzzed with another message, but he ignored it this time. He crossed his arms over his chest.

"We're here!" Bad lied. Dream squinted, trying to scan the road for any indication of this park. Skeppy didn't seem as confused, and instead started blubbering about whose phone had the tickets they needed.

Finally, a sign appeared as Bad took a hard left into the tree line. At once, a building emerged as well as numerous wooden platforms with thin, frail ropes holding them together. Clay's eyes turned as wide as saucers at the realization. He was actually going to have to go up there.

Actually, what was even scarier was the fact he had kinda kissed his ex last night, but he didn't dwell on it. It was a mistake, he repeated, nothing but unfortunate timing.

The rest of the crew rocked up in their respective vehicles. He knew which one was Sapnap's group as he could hear the music from where he stood. When they opened their doors, George stumbled out and glared at the pair of boys he had to share the ride with, before striding away from them. Karl and Sapnap collectively stuck their tongues out as him, and high fived.

George approached him tentatively like he was a rabid hyena. His eyes were uncertain, his expression scanning the one of his friend. When their gazes met, there was an unspoken lets just move on for now, moment. As much as the pressing need to talk was well, pressing, he couldn't just pull George aside for however long it took.

As they walked towards the building, which he presumed was the office, Dream wondered what exactly they were going to talk about. He didn't know what he wanted from George, far from it. An apology he had received, but something else was missing. It was like he had begun to find it in their kiss.
