ARIEA POV

I was in Spanish class when Kobe nudged me. "What bitch" I whispered. He pointed to his phone as I took mine out of my pocket. 'We going somewhere after school shordy😏' the text read, I smiled stuck in my daze until the teacher snapped her fingers in my face. "Briggs, pay attention" she spat as I nodded.

"Where the hell is we going?" I asked curious as I watched him drive. "Chill, you'll love it" he said gripping my thigh knowing it would catch me off guard.

"Why the hell are y'all here" I said pointing at Ida, Kay, Jano, Juane, and Bobby. "Hello to you to bitch" Bobby said but Kobe nudged him making him apologize like a lil bitch. "So why we here" I said still lost. "We finna have fun girl" Kobe said laughing. "It's an escape room nixxa" juane said pushing me laughing. "Chill chill, ion want noooo smoke"
He said dodging my hit. "It's like a haunted house but we gotta figure out how to escape at the same time" Ida said as I looked blankly.

"HI, WELCOME TO THE JC ESCAPE ROOM, what you'll need to do is try to find keys and clues to help you open the vault with the key card, also be careful to not trigger sabotages because if you set off more than 2, you'll loose and be escorted out" the prompt typed as Ida read. "Yo this a fattass room" Kay said dapping Jano up. "We should spit up in groups so we can finish faster" I said as they nodded. "Alr so me, juane, and Ari, then Kobe, Bobby, Jano, and Ida" Kay said as we shrugged grouping up.

As we found the second to last key the room flashed red and the door swung open. "WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT SOMEONE IS USING THEIR PHONE FOR HINTS" the prompt read, I looked over to see Jano talking to his phone. I snatched it and saw he was on live and the comments were filled with clues. "STUPID ASS" Kay yelled laughing.
"Can do shit with black people bro, y'all never follow the damn rules" I said pushing Jano walking out.

"Mama you good?" Kobe said laughing. "The hell is funny nixxa" I said annoyed. "Aye she mad" he said to himself.

ARIEA POV(the next day)

Walking out of practice I saw Kobe sitting on the hood of his car smiling at me. "Hey shordy" he said as we hugged. "Hey" I said nonchalantly. "Why you mad" he said as he grabbed my duffle bag putting it in the trunk. "Jano pissed me off yesterday, and I keep thinking about my mom, AND Mikeys fans keep attacking me telling me how much of a awful person I am and I just don't know what to do" I said causing him to pout. "You want me to handle them?"He asking as I stayed quiet. "Awe mamaaaaa" he dragged hugging me again but tighter. "Aye after I drop you off, pack a lil bag and be ready by 8:00" he said opening my door. "For what, you gone kidnap me?" I said annoyed. "If I was gone do that I would have did it already" he said going on his side.

"So where the hell we going bitch" I said throwing my bag in the back. "Ariea you know ion like that word" I rolled my eyes and asked again. "Where we going". "I'm taking yo angry ass to a hotel for the weekend" he said pulling up at a gas station. I looked at him confused and weirded out but ignored it and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. "You lips so soft" he muttered making me smile. "Shut up and go get what you need to get" I said as he stepped out of the car.
