Anyways, on to the story! This is gonna be really wholesome I promise you-

Mondo was relaxing on the couch watching some TV. He has just recently put his baby boy Taka to bed, and it wasn't that easy either.

Taka wanted to keep learning about his shapes, but Mondo told him it was time to sleep, and if he didn't he was going to be breaking a rule.
So, he did as he was told and went to sleep.

Mondo knew Taka would NEVER break a rule. It doesn't matter if he's little or big, he always follows rules.
(What a good bean-)

Mondo was searching through the channels, and was getting bored easily. He sighed and turned off the TV,
"Maybe I should just call it a night-" Mondo was cut off by the sound of foot steps.
"Taka?" Mondo asked, there was silence for a brief moment.

.
.
.
"Nwo... Twaka isn't here!!" A little voice responded, It was no one other then Kiyotaka Ishimaru.
Mondo chuckled, and stood up facing Taka.

"Baby what are you doing up? I put you to sleep 15 minutes ago." Mondo asked, and Taka looked away in shame.
"I-I couldn't sweep daddy.. mwe sowwy..." Taka said softly, Mondo gave a slight frown.

He crested Taka's cheek, "Baby it's okay, how about we read a bedtime story, how does that sound?" Mondo asked.
Taka's ruby eyes lit up, and nodded fast.
Mondo chuckled a bit, "Okay, pick out a book Taka"

Taka immediately ran to his room to get a book, Mondo was genuinely curious what book he was going to choose. It was a mystery every time!

Taka soon came back with a bedtime poem book, it was a book full with little poems!
He opened the book to the page titled:
"How much do I love you?"
Mondo smiled, and gently took the book from Taka.
"Cmon munchkin, let's read it on the bed okay? Then you can sit on daddies lap"
Taka nodded and followed Mondo to their bedroom.

Mondo sat down on the comfortable bed, and singled for Taka it was okay for him to sit on his lap now. And Taka didn't hesitate to do so.

"You ready little man?" Mondo asked, and Taka gave a small nod.
Mondo started to read the following to Taka:

How much do I love you? It's really easy for me.
I love you as much as a fish loves the sea.
I love you as much as a rocket loves space.
I love you as much as a red car loves to race.
I love you as much as a kite loves to soar.
I love you as much as a lion loves to roar.
I love you as much as the wind loves to blow.
I love you as much as children love the snow.
I love you as much as monkeys love to swing.
I love you as much as kittens love string.
This much I love you and this much I adore,
And when you wake tomorrow,
I'll love you even more~

Mondo smiled as he finished the poem, he thought it was really cute.
"Taka do you want another story?" The only response he got was the sound of soft snores coming from his baby boy.

Mondo smiled, "I'll take that as a no" Mondo chuckled, and kissed Taka's forehead.
He then picked him up, and tucked him in to his side of the bed.
Mondo then went to Taka's gore to get his pacifier. It was a red, sparkly pacifier!
He grabbed it, and slowly placed it into Taka's mouth.

He then decided now would be a good time to sleep, so he got a towel and started to take his before bed shower.

Time Skip••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

He got out the shower, his hair was down for a change and not in the up hair style he usually has it in.
He quickly put his hair into a small man bun, and got into bed.

He snuggled close to Taka and kissed the back of his head,

"I love you sweetheart~"
