Greetings everyone, and welcome back to some ✨Wholesome LittleSpace✨

Today's oneshot was requested! (It would not let me do @ for some reason-
so I'll DM you when it's published!)

Today was a very non eventful day for Ishimaru. It's just that today seemed so boring..

And why is that you may be asking? Well it's because a certain someone was in LittleSpace, and a certain someone's caregiver wasn't giving them any attention at all..

Mondo was just too busy today, and that didn't really go well with Ishimaru! He wanted to spend time with Mondo, not play with his toys by himself!!

Taka huffed,
"Boring..." He mumbled. Ishimaru looked over to Mondo, to see he was working on some homework that was gonna be due by tomorrow. Usually, Taka would be very proud of Mondo for doing his work! But he didn't think the same while in LittleSpace however. He thought Mondo was...

Ignoring him. Which is something he hated!!

''Maybe Mon-Mon is ready to play... now?' Taka thought.
So he got up, and started to waddle to his Caregiver.

Once he got to him, he tugged on his shirt sleeve,
"Mon-Monnnnn..!" Taka whined, causing Mondo to glance over to him.

"Hm? What's wrong?" Mondo asked, he could already tell what the question was going to be just by the look on Taka's face. But he still decided to listen. Maybe something else is the matter?

"...Can we pway now..?" Taka asked giving puppy eyes, he knew Mondo was a sucker for puppy eyes! This would get his attention for sure!

Mondo patted Taka's head and sighed,

"Baby, I've told you earlier that I can't play with you just yet. I have to get some important work done by tomorrow.. but I promise once I'm done I'll play alright?"

Taka didn't like that response at ALL. He crossed his arms, and pouted away to the couch. And just sat there on the couch with his arms crossed.

Mondo thought Taka's angry pout was very adorable.. but he knew he had to focus!!

So he turned back to his homework, and started to get back to work.

~Time Skip~

It's been about 15 minutes ever since their last small conversation, and Mondo still wasn't quite done with his work yet..
'This stupid homework... why the hell did I wait last second to do this shit..'

Mondo looked over to Taka, and saw that he was still on the couch, just sitting there.
And he couldn't help but feel bad for him..
'Ughh... fuck homework!!' Mondo thought before getting out of his current seat. He knew Taka was going to lecture him about this later, but that didn't matter to him currently.

So he went next to Taka on the couch, and pulled him close to his chest..

"Hey, I'm done with my work now.." Mondo stated.

But Taka didn't respond. In fact, he didn't even glance up to Mondo at all.

"Cmon.. don't go all pouty on me, I thought you wanted to play?"

Taka still didn't say anything.

Mondo sighed,
"Giving me the silent treatment huh?" Mondo asked, Taka nodded.

"Fine. I'll just keep poking your cute cheek until you decide to speak."

"Hm... still nothin'?" Mondo asked, Taka didn't reply with a nod this time, instead he just stuck his tongue out.

Soon Mondo had an idea... This was usually a technique Taka used on him when he wanted to get his way.. but he was going to use his technique against him!!

Mondo took a deep breath,
And tried his best to fake cry.

"Fine... I guess my baby boy doesn't love me anymore..." He sniffled a bit, hoping his idea would work..

And to his favor, his idea did work. He felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist,
"N-no!! Mon-Mon.. no cry!" Taka semi-yelled.

"I-I'm sorry!! No cry..!" Taka looked up to Mondo, and kissed his forehead.
"No more cry..." Taka stated, the statement he made.. kinda made Mondo chuckle a bit.
Because he recognized what Taka was trying to do, he was trying to impersonate what he would do to Taka if he was sad..

Mondo smiled,
"Thank you sweetheart.." Mondo booped Taka's nose, making Taka giggle a bit.

"Ya ready to play now?" Mondo asked.

Taka yawned and shook his head slowly,
"Nwo... I'm sleepy.." Taka started to cuddle up on to Mondo's chest, making it his own pillow.

'All the fuss to play, and he ended up wanting to take a nap..?'
The thought made Mondo laugh to himself.

"It's alright pumpkin, we can play whenever you want to okay?"

"For now.. let's just take a quick nap.. alright..?"

Okay two things.
1: Me writing that Mondo kept poking his cheek was adorable to me- like idk why but I feel like it's something he would do XD
And 2:
Mondo you should have played with your little when he asked. don't make him feel lonely >:/
