Cuddles

I curl up in my covers watching the tv in front of me. It's the weekend and I'm planning on relaxing the whole time. "Babyyyyyyyyy!"

Oh. I forgot about the man-child I have to take care of...

"What?" I yell back
He runs into the room and jumps on me with no hesitation. "I want cuddles." He says, muffled by the blanket.

"Babe, get off me, you're heavy." I say trying to push him off me. He does a loud over exaggerated gasp, "Are you calling me fat?!?"

"I'm serious! Get off me!" I yell

"Ugh fineeee." He rolls off of me and onto the floor. "I still want cuddles."

"After that little stunt, hell no." I curl back into the covers. I look down and he's giving me the puppy eyes.

"Pleeeease." I stare at him while he try's to make the saddest face possible.

I sigh. I motion to come sit next me. He jumps up and immediately makes himself comfortable up against me. I chuckle and start playing with his hair.

"I love you." He says in a more softer tone.

I smile, "I love you too."
