A new monster

When she got home she took a shower and went to sleep. When she woke up in the morning, she got ready for school and waited for lexi. Lexi picked her up and when they got to school Lexi said "So since I didn't get you anything for your birthday, i was thinking since spring break is next week we could go to the lake house." She looked at her then said "You threw me a party and you think you didn't do anything. But if you insist fine I'll go but we need to bring more people-" 

Lexi put up a finger because she was receiving a call. She finished the call and was sad "So my mom just told me that a pipe burst in the basement and its flooded and will take at most a month to clean and drain it. But she did say that your mom and her put money together and paid for 2 hotel rooms in the rich part of town." They smiled then drove to school. When they got out of the car they walked in and Katherine saw Jorden talking with her principle.

He saw her and they made eye contact. He shook hands with the principle and then as he was coming down the hall she approached him. "Hi Mr.Blasweld." "Hi, Katherine. I didn't know you go here." "Well yeah, im a junior. So what are you doing here?" "Oh, my company is just funding something for the school." Then he whispered so no one would hear "But are we still on for dinner tomorrow night?" "Yeah, for sure I'll text you." "Ok, i gotta go." They shook hands awkwardly and he left the building.

"Ummm, Katherine who was that?" Katherine smiled then said "That is the guy that saved me that night and then gave me presents for my birthday." "Oh you didn't tell me he was hot." She laughed then Kaleb walked up to Katherine and said "Can we talk?" "Yeah, I'll see you later Lexi." He took her by the hand and then to the football field and said "Tell me what happened and why you and Christian aren't speaking."

"I can't say why we're not speaking, because he really hurt me and i dont wanna think about him or what happened." A tear rolled down her cheek and kaleb wiped it away and said "You don't have to, its ok." She nodded then they just sat there until the bell rung. They went to lunch together and then went to their classes.

After school Rin was walking home when someone grabbed her. They were really strong and then a car pulled up next to them and the man pushed her into the car. She sat down when she saw that it was Alex. "What do you want?, we were done. You got what u wanted so-" the car started moving and she said "Alex let me go, NOW!" He moved foward and said "Shut up now. I'll tell you what you need to know soon. And no i didn't forget that i hurt you. This isn't something you can get out of. When you found out about the drugs you officially became a liability. But instead of killing you, I'm gonna make you work for me and if you decline that pretty little mom of yours is gonna die and the blood will be on your hands. So whats it gonna be?"

She looked out the window then down at her feet and said "I'll do it, but i have one condition. I refuse to be a drug mule or have anything to do with that." "Fine, if thats all then give me your phone." She gave it to him and he took her number and he said "When i call you, you must come to me no matter whats going on. Because if you dont-" she stopped him and said "I know."

Then he opened the car door and they were in front of her house. She got out and he said "Until next time Katherine." He drove off and she went into her house and into her room, she sat on her bed and cried because it was all her fault. That if she hadn't killed Jeremy then her mom, her only family left, would be safe. She took a shower then went to sleep in her room. She woke up at 10 pm and stayed up then she received a call from an unknown number.

She knew it was Alex and she answered and he said "I'm going to a place and i need someone to come with me. The car is outside of your house and inside of the car there is a dress and some shoes. Put that stuff on and the rest is already being handled." "Ok." She swallowed her pride and dignity because she realized that neither of those belonged to her anymore. Her own life wasn't her's because Alex owned her life.
