Castiel's POV
I wake up to someone shaking me frantically as if the house was on fire (with a family member on the ceiling)...
"Cas, hurry up and get dressed, we have to go pick up a friend and drive to the hospital.... Like now!!" Gabriel practically yelled into my ear.
"Fine...."
I start to put on some random clothing that I found lying on the floor, and grab phone and headphones, while making my way downstairs to my brother waiting impatiently at the door.
"Ready?"
"What does it look like Gabe..."
"It looks like someone threw up a rainbow on you..."
"Who cares... Now let's go..."
"Oh, your going to have to sit in the back though, we have to pick up a friend first."
"Ugh fine...."
As I get into the back of his car, I put in my headphones to block out the world and take a short nap.. I awoke to Highway to Hell being blasted through my headphones and my brother violating some guys mouth with his tongue...
Wait... Some guy?
"Gabe what are you doing?"
The guys seems rather startled about my sudden question, as he quickly looks for an exit to the situation he got himself into...
"Well what does it look like Cas? I am obviously getting me a bite of that delicious Samwich over there." He said with a playful wink...
"I don't care about your life choices Gabe, but let us just get to the hospital...."
All I could wonder was who is this mysterious man in the car....
I put my headphones back in and started to drift off until the car came to a sudden halt and shook me awake....
We where at the hospital already?
"Gabe how fast did you go?"
"Eh... Not that fast, about ten miles over the speed limit..."
Jesus Gabe......
Game's friend was the first one who ran into the the hospital, yelling out for his brother...
"DEAN!.... DEAN!.... DEAN!"
"Wait, as in Dean's Winchester?" I asked, suddenly untested in what he had to say....
"Yeah, do you know him?"
"Yeah, I was there when the ambulance came and got him, I was the one who called the ambulance in the first place..."
He looked at me with a dark facial expression... Instead of doing anything though he turned and walked to the counter to figure out what room he was in....
A few minutes later he came back and told us his room is in the B wing and the room number was 221.
All three of us rushed over to the B wing and to his room... But what we thought we would see didn't prepare us for what we saw next....
