Star(voice over): *texting* :Hey bes... I am so ready for the first day of school tomorrow!!!
Naomi(voice over): *texting* : Me too!!! O-M-G New school New friends, but you aren't scared of bullying and being a loner
( Star looks at audience)
Star: Oh hi guys I'm Star and I'm about to start highschool tomorrow.. IM SO EXCITED!!! I am gonna make so much friends, and the drama and romance, so much to look forward to... hope you guys stay put for my journey.
(Get Back up again By Anna Kendrick starts playing)
(Star Sings)

(open curtain) (background classroom)
Star: *knocks at the door* Good morning ma'am
Ma'am Mai: You're late Lopez
Star: *blushing* Oh no, I'm sorry I thought school starts at 8, didn't know it was 730 am
Ma'am Mai: Well it's your first day so you're forgiven but next time I won't be so nice
Star: Yes Ma'am
(Star sits next to Zane, a half American boy she knew from elementary)
Zane: Oooh that has to be tough, she embarrassed you in front of the whole class
Star(voice over): Oh no he's right. I WAS EMBARASSED ON MY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
(Star looks back to search for someone) (She spots a tall guy in the back row, then the whole room freezes)
(Star stands)
Star: okay guys, time out.. first an introduction of the peeps I know
(light on Brian)
Star: That tall guy, he's Brian we're kinda MU but you know no labels, kids these days I know right (eye roll)
(light on Naomi)
Star: that's my closest friend, Naomi, well I assume we're close that is,
(light on Zane)
Star: And that's Zane a guy I had a crush on my early elem years and he has crushed me back but we got separated in section and well yeah we lost contact since we're kids and moving on...
(light on Juan)
Star: Aaaah that guy is my service mate in elem, he ain't significant now but just wait... Anyways for now that's all you need to know... so if you'll excuse me, my reputation is already ruined soo..
(Star sits back on her chair) (bell rings)(unfreeze)(close curtain)

Star: BRIAN HEY!!!!

Naomi: I'll leave you two alone now (Exits stage)
