Ezra's P.O.V.

When I woke I felt nothing... no presence not even the pain in my back maybe it's because if the weird metal debris thing when my leg should be... WAIT WHAT!!!

"My LEG, WHERES MY LEG!" I screamed to absolutely nobody

After I calmed down I realized my left arm we missing as well

"Well sh*t then, I don't have my left leg or arm, and the mission failed" I said surprisingly calm

Ezra slowly took in his surroundings and managed to roll himself onto his front and started crawling towards a large cave opening

As he slowly entered the strange cave he discovered strange symbols on the walls

'Lothian symbols?' Ezra thought while looking at one that he translated as hope along with honor and then the thing that surprised him the most was his family name on the wall that looked mostly like a door

"What is my last name on this wall or is it a door?" Ezra asked very confused

Slowly Ezra lifted his hand and closed his eyes and started trying  to open the door but after failing he slowly opened his eyes he saw someone standing in front of him but when it became clearer he was in the same place but it was more newer and clean.

Ezra watched at the mystery person manage to open the door with little ease just by saying "The force whispers to the user" to his surprise the door spoke back "There is a storm coming, and the user whispers back?" the strange door replied "I am the storm" the mystery person replied suddenly the door opened almost as if it was as good as new and the person disappeared into thin air like a shadow.

As Ezra repeated the code words he count help but feel that there was something else here something that has to do with his family cause why else would the name Bridger be on the wall.

Meanwhile

Sabines P.O.V.

Yes it was finally over, the guy who was the center of attention is dead at long last. Oh boy I cant wait for the empire to find his body so I truly know that he's dead, now then Kanan will probably be sad the most he trained him, help him and saved him time and time again Zeb will be happy to have his room back, Hera will probably be sad at first but the rebellion comes first, and chopper will only be sad because he lost someone he could zap anytime.

It was the fact that I was coming out of hyperspace that drove me away from my thoughts and onto the preparation of landing at base.

time skip (sorry)

Suddenly Hera and Kanan burst into the phantom only to stop and see Sabine sat down on one of the seats with her eyes watery but alone 'where was Ezra?' and 'what happened' was probably running through their minds but instead of bombarding her with questions they calmly sat next to her and comforted her almost like they understood but they don't they've never killed their comrade on the battle field.

"Why couldn't I help him Kanan?"Sabine sobbed keeping up the act

"Don't worry it wasn't your fault" Kanan replied sensing she was not telling the whole truth, but assuming she was ordered to take off without him

"We blew the base Hera" Sabine confirmed making Hera let out a sigh of relief

"Then his death is not in vain" Hera said before leaving the phantom followed by Kanan

"Yeah I guess..." Sabine said to no-one

'now we can save Mandalore without Lothal slowing us down' Sabine thought
