Admit it, there were times that you wrote something and someone actually that you got it from a certain movie or book AKA it was a reference. Like:

"A blue cake."

Comments~

@someone : OMG IT'S PJO.

@randomuser: PERCY AHH.

@somebody: PJO REFERENCE;)

@Person: I see what you did there.

And I'm like: uh... wha? o.o

Sometimes I'm just not aware that something I wrote down was seen somewhere else. And some people think that I was using movie/book references.

Like another:

"Believe me, love, It was."

Comments~

@Person: OUAT! OUAT!

@someone: KILLIAN IS BAE

@somebody: OMG CAPTAIN HOOK!! AGHHH!!!

@randomperson: Reference. Well played ;)

And again, I'm like: idk what you're all talking about o.o

But now I get it why they reacted that way so yeah.

So sometimes I'm amazed that I unconsciously use references that I didn't know that existed.

But sometimes... it can get REALLY out of hand and..

Annoying.

Like:

"Grand."

Comments ~

@someone: OMG TFIOS!!!

@somebody: AUGUSTUS AWE ♥

@Person: @someone IKR.

Uh... no offense to TFIOS FANS (although I'm one myself) but TFIOS isn't the only book that uses the word 'grand' so it can't really be a reference in my opinion. (Unless the author stated otherwise.)

And another:

"I love you."

"I love you, too."

"Uh... I live you, three?"

"I love you, four."

Comments~

@Person: AHHH. SOMEONE GET TRIS.

@someone: DIVERGENT!!! REFERENCE!!!

@randomperson: DIVERGENT OMG!

Yeah... not quite. First of all, the scene didn't have anything close to divergent except for the fact that I wrote 'four'. Second, understand what you're reading before reacting. Okay? Sometimes it really helps.

BTW, if someone actually owns the usernames that I used as an example,  it was just a coincidence, okay? C:
