As Ash and I were making our way to Six's office, we meet up with Sledge and Thatcher.
"Hey Y/N, you ready?" Thatcher says to me.
"Yeah, I can't wait." I say with enthusiasm. We were making small talk with each other until we reached Six's office and we enter.
I see Tachanka in waiting for us in a chair and he says, "Hello comrades! Y/N you ready for this operation?" I nod then say to him,"I can't wait for to make you guys proud."
Six then walks in tell us the plan, "Ok operators so here's the deal, we are defusing a bomb in a warehouse." Six then continues with the plan (not going to go into much detail) and then asks us, "Are there any questions?" None of us answer and she takes that as a no and tell us to, "Gear up and get to the helipad in 20 minutes." We all gear up, go to the helicopter, and we sit down, Ash sitting next to me, in the chopper.
As we were on our way the voices start talking, "HAHAHAHA Your going to get your team killed like in Iran." I start shaking. "Come on cry, your going to cry anyways when you see Ash die and blame it on you." I then have tears in my eyes and little do I know, the tears start rolling down my cheeks. "Oh that got you didn't it? She'll never be with a freak like you! Why should she even consider a suicidal person like you! She has no feelings for you and why would she care if you died? You're so weak. She doesn't want a weak link like you holding her down. HAHAHA."
Ash then looks at me with concern and gets down on her knees in front of me and I blush. (Not In that way perverts.) I look down and then she holds my cheeks in her hands wiping away my tears. She looks at me in the eyes and says to me, "Y/N what's wrong why are you crying?" I don't say anything, scared that if I speak I'll sob and show my demons and everyone how weak I am.
Ash then does the unexpected and gives my right cheek a kiss and we both blush. Ash says to me, "It's okay Y/N we are your family, we will be there for you. It's your first mission after all. I did the exact same thing." I then nod at her and relax back in my seat. She then sits down next to me and a while later, she rests her head on my shoulder and falls asleep. The rest of the guys look at me and I blush as they lightly chuckle. I look at Tachanka and gives me a thumbs up and then I nod at him as I soon fall asleep with no nightmares plaguing me, for the first time in a long time.
