When Sky left, I Shadow Traveled to the dining pavilion, successfully terrifying some of the younger campers (and the newer ones who hadn't met me yet, too).

"Morning, Caz," I greeted, prodding the son of Apollo on the shoulder as I passed his table. "Hey, death girl," he smirked at me.

"Arrow boy."

"Skeleton face."

"Poetry prince."

"Missed you."

"Oh, shush," I scooted onto the edge of the bench beside him, nearly shoving one of his siblings off the other end. "Sorry," I called down the table. The kid just waved at me. Caz snorted. I smacked him. Will Solace, sitting across from me, laughed.

"Hey, doc," I greeted, looking at Will. Caspian faked offense. "So you're not here to see me?" I smirked at him- the idiot deserved it- answering him in a horrible British accent, "On the contrary, sir, I'm here for the purpose of asking your brother about the severity of the wounds you sustained the other day, and to see if they're healing properly or not."

Caz blinked at me. "Uh... English, please."

I smacked my head into the table and looked back up at his brother, ignoring Caz completely.

"Well?"

Will laughed again, reaching across the table to ruffle Caz's black hair- completely out of the ordinary for a son of Apollo. "My little brother's healing well enough, although the next time we're on opposite teams during Capture the Flag, I would suggest summoning a few less skeletons and actually looking where you're aiming if you're going to use a bow."

I shot him a mock glare. "Me? Using a bow? Never."

Caz rolled his eyes, rubbing his shoulder... where I may or may not have shot him the other day- on accident, I promise!

"Whatever, death girl. Whatever. I'll see you in the arena later... and no shadow traveling!" He and Will said the last part in perfect unison, two pairs of identical blue eyes boring into me.

"Okay, okay, gods," I muttered, standing up- not without discreetly stealing an apple from the fruit bowl- and proceeded to crumple Caspian's already-rumpled hair, ignoring his protests, before walking away.

I was halfway through the dining pavilion, my stolen apple an inch away from my mouth, when I was stopped by one of my favorite people in the world.

"Hello, child."

"Chiron!" I jumped up to give the centaur a hug. He had been secretly training me in my Hades powers since I was eight years old, and I had to admit that I had a soft spot for my mentor.

"Good morning, Cici. Did you sleep well?"

I wrinkled my nose at him. "With Nico snoring all night and sleep-talking about Will in Italian? Absolutely not. What about you?"

He chucked. "Better than I used to." He glanced over my head, and I saw a familiar flicker of, 'Oh, great, again?' in his expression before a familiar (and not entirely welcome) voice said, "Chiron, Clase Antilla, horrible to see you, really."

I turned and gave Dionysus a deadly glare. He rolled his eyes, taking a long drink from his ever-present diet coke can.

"Actually, it's Cici Artino, sir," I said, gritting my teeth. If I was similar to Percy in any way, it was our shared annoyance with the god of wine.

"Whatever." The god rolled his eyes again. Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if his eyes just fell out one day from rolling them so much. There was no way it was healthy. "Chiron, I need to talk to you and the newbie. Circe Azoya, you go find Scilla Nattalie. And hurry up."

"It's Cici, and who the heck is-"

Chiron cut me off with a sigh. "Cici, please be a dear and go fetch Sky Nicole. I don't believe you've met, but-"

"The daughter of Chaos? I met her earlier. I'll go find her." Before you ask why I was so willing to go on a hunt for Sky, I needed a valid excuse to get away from Dionysus. Plus, not all children of Hades are constantly grouchy and have an objection to doing favors for people *cough* Nico *cough*.

So I spun on my heel and began to search for Sky.
