I just woke up from a horrible nightmare. you see I haven't told anyone this but I like creat-Rabecca like... a lot I want to tell someone but who ...
Anyway back to me having another nightmare....

These thoughts keep running through my head i started panicking oh sh*t I was having another panic attack. I don't want help .I don't deserve it but someone is bound to know soon this attack is too strong to take it all on me . But will anyone even help me ... yes but they won't do it for me they will do it for Emily.
Emily's P.O.V
I was in the living room (lounge)
Watching tv when a wave of panic washed over me I started to struggle to breath I couldn't hear anything I managed to say 4 words "b-becca g-g-go help V-vanessa"
Rabecca' s p.o.v
"B-becca g-g-go help V-vanessa" Emily had started to have a panic attack. When I heard her say that It clicked Emily's having a panic attack so
A-vanessa must be having one too.
I ran up to her room. I tried the door ... But it was locked .I tyres it a few more times but nothing changed sadly. "vanessa please open up I want to help you!""please vannessa."by this point I was scared to possibly see what she had done because she had done some stupid things in the past to herself "vanessa please I only want to help!" I said slightly calmer . I gave up waiting.
I started kicking the door down. Eventually it fell When I saw Vanessa curled up in a ball on the other side of the room my heart shattered into a million pieces. She looked so broken and sad "hey Vanessa can I touch you" all she could do was nod.
I inched closer slowly not wanting to scare her. When I got close to her I engulfed her into a huge hug "hay it's ok ""shhhh""calm down" .Eventually after a while of me whispering sweet nothing in her ear she calmed down enough to explain what had happened." I had a nightmare where you were saying things to me... about me like saying I was a monster saying I was nothing saying I was no one and I believe that voice I am nothing I am no one and I am a monster."
"What no your not listen we all love you every single one of us including Emily ... and especially me "I mumbled that last part. "What was that last part Rachel "
"nothing"
"Sure"
I hope she didn't hear me ...
