Scarlettw was born in Hawaii on March 10, 1985,to John and Doris McGarrett. she is the little of twin sister of Steve McGarrett and the older sister of Mary Ann McGarrett. She is also a mother to Hope McGarrett.
Her life was good until the deaths of her father John McGarrett and her fiance Tyler Black right in front of her. They were killed by Victor Hesse.
Her brother,Steve was coming home from being overseas because he was a Navy SEAL when he got the new of his father and future brother in law has just passing and also that Scarlett was in the hospital.
After getting out of the hospital both her and Steve started the Hawaii Five-O project was this met their partners partner detective Daniel Williams and his sister Ashlyn Williams.
