6 - ɢɪʀʟs ᴄᴀɴ ʙᴇᴀᴛ sᴏ ᴍᴇᴀɴ

It was Monday morning and Mia had to get ready to go to school. She laid on her bed with her comforter raised to her chin. She remembered the episode that happened at the diner when Yongguk, Himchan, and her all went to get a bit to eat. She shook her head trying to erase the craziness that happened.

Mia pulled her blankets off from her body and looked down towards her stomach and poked it. She was kind of happy that she was small since it would be a while before she started to show. She forces herself to get out of her bed and out of her room to the bathroom. At the same time, Yongguk was walking up the stairs and saw Mia come out of her room and head to the bathroom. He tapped on the bathroom door and Mia slowly opens it peeking her head out. "Yes," she mumbled. She had her toothbrush in her mouth and turned it to the side so she could talk.

"Are you going to school?" Yongguk asked.

Mia nodded her. "I can't miss any more days, Yongguk."

"I know but you could stay home one more day, Mia," Yongguk said with a concerned look. Mia huffed out loud as some of the toothpaste started to come out of her mouth.

She ran back to the sink and spit it out. "Yongguk, I know you are trying to protect me but I can't stay cooped up in the house forever." Mia then closed the door before Yongguk could utter another word. Yongguk knew that Mia was right, she had to go out and face the world even though things weren't the best at this time. He rubbed the back of his head and turned to head back downstairs.

Moments later, Mia hurried up in the showers and raced back into her room. She went into her closet and pulled out her uniform. She stared at it before placing it on. She turned to look at herself in the mirror. How long will it be before her uniform starts to feel too tight to her small framed body? She sighed hard before grabbing her sweater and quickly putting it over her body.

She grabbed her school bag and turned to head down the stairs. Right as she hit the last stair a knock at the door stopped her from going to the kitchen for breakfast. She walked over and peeked through the hole to see that it was Himchan. She opens the door allowing him inside.

"Morning, Himchan," Mia said cheerfully.

"Oh, morning? You're going to school?" He asked her. Mia nodded her head as she turned to head to the kitchen. Himchan closed the door and followed her to the kitchen.

In the kitchen, Yongguk had fixed some eggs and bacon with toast. Mia looked at the eggs and started to feel sick to her stomach. She rushed out and headed to the bathroom. Both Yongguk and Himchan watched her and then a few minutes she came out.

"You sure you want to go to school?" Himchan asked, taking a bite of the bacon.

Mia walked over to her bag and pulled out her toothbrush and toothpaste and walked back to the bathroom. In five minutes she was back and placed the items back in her bag. "I'll be fine." Trying to give them a reassuring smile.

"......"

"Oh, I almost forgot," Himchan said. He went over to his jacket and pulled out a small brown bag and handed it over to Mia. Mia opens the bag and peeked inside. She then looked up at Himchan. Yongguk then walked over and also looked at the bag and give Himchan a confused look.

Himchan turned to see both Mia and Yongguk looking at him. By now he had another piece of bacon in his mouth and was wanted to know why they were looking at them. Inside the bag that Himchan had given Mia was pre-natal items. With some of the things, you would need to get if had a prescription.

"How did you get this stuff?" Yongguk asked.

Himchan got up and stared at the siblings. He put his hands on his hip. "Now I know both of you know that my mom is a doctor, right?"
